Great overall experience - the pools were very well maintained and clean. Room was spacious and it was great to have the kitchen and patio. There are many activities at the resort so plenty to do without even leaving! Beds were very comfy and the A/C kept the room cool even when it was hot outside.

We have been coming back for 3+ years and have always had a great time. This year, we noticed that the cafe prices were much higher for same quality of food and it is just not worth it even for the convenience. Our daughter loves the arcade and there are a lot of newer games, which is terrific. There are a lot fewer ways to earn tickets now or just a lot fewer in the past, which takes so fun out of playing. We also had a lot is small ants in both bathrooms.

Super spacious. We loved the apartment style floorplan and resort layout. Really loved the amenities and how family friendly it was.

The indoor pool area was a bit chaotic with people not adhering to the rules and the floors didn't feel clean and overall pretty muggy and a bit unpleasant. Some part of the room was a bit dated and peeling off, but overall pleasant and clean. It has an old school charm without being dirty. The hotel says booking.com doesn't show all the charges the hotel ends up charging (in addition to the resort fee we already knew about, there was some 40$ extra). I will need to verify with bookin.com to see who is responsible for the discrepancy.

We were not expecting all the things this resort had to offer. We were just looking for a place to stay and do laundry in the middle of a long road trip. This place had everything! Well maintained grounds located in a scenic spot in the Berkshires, easy parking, easy entry to our spacious and clean accommodations. The apartment had all the comforts of home, including a washer/dryer, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full kitchen and living area, plus a private deck area. A short walk away was a "clubhouse" with food cooked to order, some essential items and limited food/beverages for sale, a large game room and ample seating for eating and visiting. They apparently supply games equipment for the outdoor courts, balls and jump ropes, and you can borrow DVDs to watch in your room. Next time we will plan to stay more than one night!

Really great villa room, it was two floors. Really love the comfort of the bed, best hotel bed I have ever slept on. Really soft sheets as well. Amenities are great, and well taken care off. There is a sauna, but it’s not advertised on the website. Friendly staff. Enjoy the filled bottles in the shower. Really love the heat lamp in the bathroom! Kitchen has everything. Really fun arcade and game area for kids. It has everything you need and you don’t need to bring a thing. Really beautiful area and landscape.

Did find rose petals all under the bed from prior guests. Shower ran amazing for one shower, for the next it was only cold water.

Very clean, spacious, all amenities, close to Tanglewood. Stayed after checkout with day pass to enjoy pool and other facilities.

This Holiday Inn Club Vacations Oak n Spruce is in an excellent location for exploring the Berkshires for families. We traveled with our children and grandchildren (ages 6 and 4), and they loved the pools, theatre, mini golf and playground. The location is also minutes away from Tanglewood and many museums and gardens which is probably it's best feature. Our " one bedroom villa" was clean, comfortable and spacious with 2 bathrooms which was great for my husband and I, although we didn't spend much time inside. All in all, it's great for families.

The villa was clean and comfortable but could have used some updating. The coffee maker was showing age and the pillows were hard for our taste. Also, the bedroom air conditioner's fan wouldn't shut off so even when the room reached temperature, the fan kept running. We had to turn off the air conditioner at night in order to sleep. It happened to be cool at night when we were there, so it wasn't an issue. But it was annoying. These things were minor and in fairness, we didn't complain about them, so we have no idea if maintenance would have addressed them.

• We we just expecting a nice place to stay for 2 nights. What a surprise! Your apartment is situated if a small village of 200 units set at the edge of a woods. Each apartment has 700 sq ft of space with two independent bedrooms each with its own full bath, one of which is a spa unit! There is a full kitchen, dining space and a terrace for morning breakfast or afternoon refreshment . The apra The apartment units are situated around a recreation area with : minature golf , a full-size swimming pool with deck chairs, a basketball court, beach volley ball, a waterfall, and a kids' playground. On the grounds there is a nature trail and many barbeque spots. None of this is mentioned on the Booking.com site, so we got much more than we expected. It is really like a vacation resort village

Everything was great--my husband especially enjoyed the outdoor pool. Our villa was extremely clean and comfortable. The grounds are lovely and the staff very friendly. This was our second stay there, and we would stay there again.

Wish there had been a "smart tv" so that we could have logged in to Netflix. We did use the dvd player and the large selection of free dvds on offer, however.

The Suite was well laid out. The bedrooms had good separation. Great deck size and privacy. We appreciated overlooking the trees. The kitchen was a good size with everything we needed. Loved the games! Staff was great especially the staff at the Activities Center.

We noticed that smoking was allowed on the room decks. If someone had been smoking on the next deck, it would have been a problem for us as the smell travels even outside especially with a cigar. The bedrooms could benefit from a reading/relaxing chair. There are never enough hooks for wet towels no matter where I have stayed.

Super family friendly Berkshires resort, in a great location. It's easy to be self-sufficient here, but the staff is also available for guests. Suite was spacious and tidy and had everything we needed for a four-day stay. Kids loved the indoor pools and hot tubs. Movie theatre was an unexpected bonus!

Our suite, while clean, definitely smelled like the food that had been cooked by the previous guests. The staff offered air fresheners, but we don't love the chemical smells either.
