Friendliest staff! Nelly was great, even text to check on us after we got to our room. Very helpful. Room was spotless. Everything was in good working order, updated, furniture not worn. The beds were comfortable. All of the common areas were clean.

This is NOT a complaint. Just difficult to control the room temp but that was probably more my thermostat. Could use more lighting by the full size mirror.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were also very attentive and ready to provide any answers to questions we had during our stay. I liked the fact that once we checked into our room we received a follow up text message asking how we were liking our accommodations.

The breakfast was okay. The price was 15 per person for all you can eat but the buffet was kind of lacking.

Great experience we did get an upgraded room because my room was double booked but the staff was great about taking care of it. I wish they offered waffles for the kids with the breakfast but was told I could buy a waffle separately for 15 dollars not happening

I love the location! It's close to Gas South District, so if you're heading there for a concert, this hotel is perfect. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfy after a long day of shopping in Duluth.

The staff was amazing as always. The location was perfect as I was there for the Sewing & Quilting Expo. The food was good and decently priced.

The mattress , near the window, in 405 could have been flipped. It seemed to be worn on the side near the other bed. The air conditioner needed replaced as it was very loud, but it did drown out any other noise and it did work very well!

The stay went very well. The room was clean and very comfortable. I loved having the fridge and microwave for my leftovers from restaurant dinners. Breakfast was very good! I will defiantly stay there again.
