Clean, great location,

This was not our first time staying at this location, nor will it be our last. However, when we arrived, I asked the desk attendant if the room had feather pillows (because we all have severe allergies to feathers). At first he did not know what feather pillows were and then assured us that there were non in the room. Behold, we examined the pillows and sure enough four of eight were feather. Needless to say, that did not go well. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay, after loading up with allergie med. All of that said, WE WILL STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

The property appears to be new and is very bright- well lit and pleasant decor. Our room was surprisingly large and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was also very good. In addition they have digital check out process etc which makes it easier for folks in a hurry. The stay was also reasonably priced.

The location was excellent. We were near so many stores and restaurants. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was the only thing I would do better. Breakfast could have been fresher. The biscuits were overcooked and the eggs were scorched

I loved the location of this hotel! It’s located in a relatively quiet neighborhood so I didn’t have to worry about highway noise or other disturbances during the night. It’s surrounded by multiple places to eat and shop and was about only 10 minutes away from Smart Financial Center.

I did have an issue with my room keys not working multiple times but the staff were always extremely helpful and got me sorted quickly!

An enjoyable stay. Staff was ready to receive my family in the wee hours due to construction on road from California. The breakfast was stellar. I would stay again and recommend to others.

Having to request bedding for let out bed.

Breakfast was good, many options. Whole building had a bright, clean and presentable look. TV had many selections and different channels Easy to check in and check out

Having individual milk cartons for breakfast would have been nice Having cleaner bed sheets with no stains

We loved the location. Could not have asked for a better location.

Did not care for the breakfast. There were not a great selection of food to choose from. The food was not warm. The coffee had grinds in it. House keeper's did not clean our room not one time even though it was available to be cleaned, and towels needed to be replaced, and no toilet paper.

Clean property, comfortable beds and pillows, good service from breakfast team, housekeeping, reception, 10min walk to restaurants

Breakfast variety could be improved, rooms could be served with drinking water bottles

Housekeeping went into our room 405 before we checked out and threw away my friends entire meal from the fridge slong with unopened water and two cokes It was a bit frustrating and disappointing because he paid 30.00 for the meal from Turkey Leg Hut.

The location was a 15-minute drive to Smart Financial Center. The room was comfortable and clean. There wasn't any traffic noise. There are plenty of eateries nearby.
