The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean, good size and modern, the hotel has good facilities and it looks like the photos! The room was very black-out because of the shutter mechanism and curtains so we had a very good night's sleep. The hotel is also very close to a supermarket, bus stop and train station which made it very handy for our travels. It was good value for money and I would stay here again.

Not much I didn't like - just to know the rooms have 1 USB and the swiss plug, not European plug socket - good to know for travellers as you will need that adapter. There is no complimentary beverage like you get in other hotels.

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the possibility of late check-in, and the very comfortable beds. The gentleman at the reception was not only very helpful but also cheerful and funny, which made the whole experience more pleasant.

On the downside, we didn’t expect to have to park on a public street. We arrived in the evening after several hours of driving, and all we wanted was to get some rest. Unfortunately, the process of registering through the app was quite complicated and time-consuming. Luckily, the receptionist was extremely patient and guided us through it step by step. In the end, we managed to find a parking spot just a few minutes from the hotel, but being tired, carrying the luggage back was not ideal.

The staff on the reception was super accomodating. Especially the greek woman and the italian guy. Thank you for making it a wonderful stay.

During my 3 nights stay, the cleaning staff didn't go into the room at all the 2 in-between days. I know that I had the "do not distrurb" label for a couple hours each day, but I was away from the room for several hours. Additionally, when I was preparing to leave/checkout, they tried to come in. They should know that I would check out and check with the receiption if I did first (like other hotels do).

The room and the bathroom were nice, clean and spacious. The location was really convenient to visit St. Gallen without being in the center.

Not much storage space in forniture for our clothes. The price is not cheap. The view from the window was not great. The staff was only sufficiently helpful and kind (for instance they seemed always so busy working at the computer that they did not greet and did not respond always to greeting; they replied if asked something).

I recently had a terrible day—there was a massive rainstorm in my city, the bus was stuck in traffic, my flight was delayed, and I missed my train. Everything seemed to go wrong, and I was feeling completely overwhelmed. But then I arrived at this hotel, and everything changed. The lady at the front desk, Martina, was incredibly kind and comforting. She encouraged me and lifted me up when I needed it most. What touched me the most was when she said, "Now you are home." Hearing those words on such a tough day brought tears to my eyes. I feel truly fortunate to have chosen this hotel and encountered such wonderful people. The next day, when I was checking out, Sarah made me feel deeply moved once again. She also offered me comfort, wishing me the best for the future. She even helped me figure out how to buy Swiss train tickets and was worried I might not find my way to the station. She walked with me to the nearby train station, making sure I was on the right path. I really feel so lucky to have met such kind people. Even when life gets difficult, there are always amazing people who can brighten your day.

The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were spacious and clean.

If you are coming by car, they do have a parking garage, but remember to book in advance! Otherwise you can pay for parking in the street for which they have a detailed "how to" manual. The hotel is located close to a train station but outside the city centre, which can be reached by bus in 10 minutes.

𝖙𝖍𝖊 location was very close walk to 𝖙𝖍𝖊 train station st Gallen st Fiden which was just a five minute train ride to st Gallen. 𝕾𝖔 public transport was very accessible . There was also a bus stop outside 𝖙𝖍𝖊 hotel. 𝖙𝖍𝖊 restaurant staff were kind enough to offer us croissants 𝓐𝓷𝓭 danish as ᏇᏋ had missed breakfast 𝓐𝓷𝓭 wanted to buy some croissants but they offered it to us free 𝓞𝓯 charge. There was a coffee machine in 𝖙𝖍𝖊 hotel itself. Supermarket Closeby.. 𝕾𝖔 good value 𝓯𝓸𝓻 money in a place like Switzerland

𝖙𝖍𝖊 cleaning though done wasn’t done at all. Even 𝖙𝖍𝖊 bed wasn’t dusted .. leave alone sheets changed. ᏇᏋ stayed 𝓯𝓸𝓻 three nights 𝓐𝓷𝓭 requested cleaning only One day in between but not satisfactory

Short walk from the train station. Very very clean room. Breakfast was also decent. Super friendly staff, they kindly explained about the free public transport ticket to the city center. Handy shared kitchenette in the lobby area, you can warm up your food there.

Sadly, there is no mini fridge in the room, but it's not a big deal.

You have to ask for the free public transport card from Reception, they should provide automatically and then there were issues with the internet so we couldn't get it on the first day, on arrival, they didn't send it to us properly Lift a little slow Our room wasn't cleaned on one day but we were able to get towels from reception with no problems Wasn't informed of emergency contact overnight as no phone in room or reception overnight Tea/coffee facilities not in room but a coffee machine in reception at a reasonable price Not really any restaurants in the area - a nice (but expensive Chinese around the corner, a pizza delivery up the road, also expensive, discovered a very nice Italian restaurant on the main road with good prices on the bus route next to Migros)

We were not very pleased with the breakfast. There was a large tourist group at the same time as us and they finished all the warm breakfast and when we asked if they would refill the warm food to the lady at the breakfast she said no. We did not like that we paid for the full breakfast buffet which included warm food, and we didnt get the full options… if you are going to offer less then charge less.
