Close to downtown Pacific Grove and to outdoor activities. Veronica and staff very helpful and friendly. Room was small but very clean, and bed very comfortable. Low step in shower with grab bar, was welcomed since wife and I have some mobility and balance issues. Glad there was microwave in room also.

Couple floor wood tiles chipped, but really no big deal. Door to bathroom squeaks, but that’s all

The cleanliness of the room and facility was the best thing for me. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. Parking was suitable. The location was great for our need.

There was nothing about the ease of checking in or out. Nothing to report on lack of parking, room was very tidy no complaints there either. Breakfast offered was stocked even near end time for breakfast.

The staff were responsive and accommodating. The location is located in a favorite place to stay among many other small motels. This was very competitive priced and well taken care of.

The breakfast provided should have stated continental or only provided and fruit.

Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Extra sitting area with 2 chairs and a small table. Comfortable bed. Remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower. LVP flooring. Complimentary breakfast. Refrigerator and microwave in room.

Coffee maker in room didn't work right, and was inconvenient to use. Needed better lighting around the desk area and "kitchen" area. Breakfast serving area was cramped and the breakfast seating area was basically outdoors.

The location I loved not to far from the ocean , the shops , restaurants it so convenient

The parking situation was not to the liking. Don't like parking out side we got lucky and parked in the parking lot

Wish Breakfast /coffee was served up earlier. We wake up 5:30 and after struggling with coffee maker would have liked a better option. Checked out and got breakfast on the road.

Clean room, lots of light, clean laminated floors, spacious, great parking. Breakfast was great also. The front desk person was very efficient and helpful.

Room was quite large. TV worked well. Easy parking and great location. Breakfast was decent.

The door and keycards did not get along too well. Other than that was good.
