Hotel Maïa is perfectly situated in the centre of Ciutadella. The breakfast is well thought through, rooms are comfy and very clean. Staff is very helpfull. Listen to them concerning the parking spaces, they are very fast in writing parking tickets there :-).

Nothing, everything was great. Again, listen to the staff where to park if you don't want to have a surprise arriving at your car.

A lovely boutique hotel, very well located, on a quiet and pretty street in Ciutadella. The staff are extremely helpful and are available to give you tips to make your stay as pleasant as possible. There are many wonderful restaurants within walking distance and it is very pleasant to stroll around the center in the evening. I think it is an excellent option for those who want to explore the island of Menorca. Breakfast is also very good, although in the summer, if you want to go to the most famous beaches you have to leave the hotel before breakfast starts.

Location was incredibly central, yet extremely quiet. Breakfast was substantial with decent coffee, juice options, cereals, toast, pastries, many typical Balearic and Spanish options - something for everyone. Showers were really good, great water pressure. Rooms were a bit basic, and a little smaller than imagined, but were impeccably clean and had everything needed.

Two singles being made into a double bed is never ideal. Coffee and tea in rooms was nice, but could do with milk - even the little long life pots. Not sure if there was an option to cook eggs to order for breakfast, but that would be a nice touch.

Our stay at Hotel Maïa was perfect! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is amazing - center of the old town, surrounded by charming little streets, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had! 😍

The hotel is quaint, beautiful and very peaceful; it couldn't be in a better spot, right in the very centre of the historic Ciutadella. Everything is so lovely decorated, giving a charming and fresh vibe (the hotel also smelled so nice in all the areas :)). We stayed in the terrace room, which was incredible. The terrace was huge and the view was amazing. There were Rituals products in the bathroom, which was also nice. The room overall was top. The breakfast was also great, where little plates with local foods were prepared, like Menorcan cheese and sausage, eggs and more - there were a variety of different things that were prepared on the spot. Apart from this, the staff was so lovely and helpful! Thanks for making the stay so nice.

It is literally exceptional. An interior design is breathtaking - looks even better in reality than on photos. Warm and welcoming with energising colours. Bed linens and towels are of the highest quality. The hotel is sparking clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Isa - the manager - responds to an every single question or request you may have - 11 out of 10 :). Breakfast was wonderful - I would love to have a bit more vegetarian selection next time I visit Maia Hotel. It is a truly 4-star hotel (in Spain some of the 4-star hotels do not deserve it I have to admit) with some history and a modern touch in the heart of beautiful Ciutadella. I strongly recommend it!

I forgot a credit card in the room when I checked out and the lady at the front desk called me and made sure that I got it back before I left the island. That was definitely appreciated! Breakfast didn't have enough simple options for my taste and all I had was a slice off fruit, but overrall a nice hotel in a good location with great people!

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and PERFECT location! Look forward to staying again. I slept very well and thought the hotel was perfect!

Windows are soundproof and street is very quiet - but loud until late on Saturday night so maybe bring earplugs or a small sound machine if you are a light sleeper. (Or request a room not facing the street.)
