Excellent convenient location for seeing Paris. Convenient to shops, restaurants, banks and transportation. The apartment had great amenities, especially the clothes washer! Espresso machine was particularly nice to have. The fans were necessary to keep apartment at a bearable temperature, especially at night.

The bar on the street level was loud until midnight or later every night so it was difficult to sleep. We had to leave the windows open to be cool enough, but the mosquitoes were horrible and I had a lot of bites. There are no window screens or netting in Europe, so there was no option but to close the windows at night which made it too hot to sleep. The mattress on the sleeper couch needs replacing, it is stained and the fabric is pilling.

Perfect location with a lot of shops, bars and restaurants around. In proximity of metro stations but also a walking distance to many attractions. It's a tiny apartment (it is Paris) for 4, but very well quipped, with confortable bed. WiFi works perfectly. Owner/manager is very reponsive and check-is easy (you get all the info in advance).

There's a bar in the adjoining house and it gets noisy during the weekend (it didn't bother us). One of the windows was hard to close completely.

Amazing location (close to many RER/metro stations) and near main attractions such as the Louvre, Seine River, Opera, Pompidou, etc. We felt very safe walking on the beautiful streets around the property. The apartment is small (as most are in Paris), but despite being a group of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers), we stayed for 8 days without any issues. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the apartment, in general, was clean. The staff from Edgar Suites were friendly and very helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Paris.

Excellent location close to shops and transit. The communication was great for the most part. Place had everything you need. Shower products were really nice happy Budda. Nice that it had laundry as well.

Main bed was a bit sunken in the middle, suite manual was incorrectly described that it had dryer when in fact there was no drier, which resulted in having to pack damp clothes in suitcase. Also stairs were double of what we expected. Suite is really on a 3rd floor not second.

Very well located, easy access to various metros. Lots of restaurant options around. Apartment is small but well organized, and was very clean. Staff was helpful.

Stairs are steep and narrow, can be difficult to navigate with heavy suitcases. Apartments are right above a popular bar, and it's noisy at night, which can be annoying if it's hot and you need to have the window open - there's no AC

Exceptionally clean and comfortable place! Fully equipped kitchen. Communication with the host was a breeze. Perfect location, close to main attractions, transport stations and loads of cute places to grab a bite or have a drink nearby. The building staircase was a bit tricky to walk up and down but we actually found it to be a charming addition to the old Parisian architecture especially since the flat managers kindly helped us with our luggage :) Highly recommend!

Amazing location so central, so had a fabulous time!! Very clean and looked just like the photos.

Just so things, the main bedroom can get very hot (we were staying In May) and it does come with a big fan, but no window so does get very hot if door is closed. you can hear a train or something below as well sometimes. We Still slept through but in the early hours of the morning you can hear it if a light sleeper.

Lovely apartment in a vibrant part of Paris. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets close by. Walking distance to the Louvre. Staff were attentive and friendly. Communication was clear and check in and out processes were smooth. Apartment was cosy for a family of four but doable. We stayed for a week and it was just fine.

Not the owners' fault, but it's good for others planning to stay here to know that the bar below the building was very noisy until the wee hours of the morning on Friday and Saturday night. We were aware of this already from reading a previous review and brought ear plugs!

First of all, Edgar is a great host! We did not meet in person, but he made sure to provide all the instructions and door codes well in advance, as well as was very responsive online whenever we needed it. We also found a booklet with a lot of helpful instructions about the apartment, facilities, and interesting locations nearby, as well as a lovely tote-bag as a gift, which came in very handy in our shopping :) Merci beaucoup Edgar and team for being so friendly and accessible :) Now, about the apartment: this was a great location and option for our group of 3 people (4 if you are a family and are okay with sharing a smaller double bed). The apartment was very close to many shops, cafes, metro stations and was overall in a very central location, from where you could literally walk to Louvre and Montmartre, as well as other places, if you are into walking. The equipment was great, everything worked well, and they even had 4 folding chairs hidden in the closet, which we discovered some days after and were pleasantly surprised. The sofa-bed was wider than the double bed, so 2 people slept on it without any problems. As for the other room and bed, they were good too, but you should bear in mind that the second room is at the rear of the apartment, deeper into the building, which meant that there were no windows there. If that's an important factor for you, then you should plan to sleep on the sofa-bed which was next to the window. During the first few days of our stay it was extremely hot, and there was no AC in the apartment. There were 2 fans in the rooms which actually did help freshen the air a bit. Then it got colder, with rains, so we did not need AC or fans anymore. It was nice to have a door for the second room which provided some privacy, when needed. Also it was great to have a code for the door instead of keys, so we could go in and out independent of each other. Overall, we were very satisfied with the apartment, even though it was not super big.

Not a complaint, but a note to other travelers: our apartment was located on the 4th floor with no elevator. We were aware of this and were ready to climb the stairs with our luggage, even though it was quite difficult with some of our heavier bags. The ventilation in the bathroom was not super great and sometimes it could get awfully hot in there, especially after someone's shower, so at some point we just kept the bathroom door semi-open during showers to not suffocate in there :)) Also, keep in mind that there are cafes outside right under the windows, so you might hear some happy chatter from downstairs in the evening, especially in summer :)

It is in a great location with many cafes, restaurants and shops around. The unit was just as described and had a good amount of storage area. We absolutely loved it!

The restaurant/bar below gets busy and it was pretty loud until 1-2am Thurs-Sat. You can’t hear it from the bedroom but if you sleep in the pull out couch you can so you may want to bring a sound machine or ear plugs.
