The view was great, the aircon worked well, it was very quiet, and the building felt safe. Switching on the water heater gave plenty of hot water, the bed was comfortable. I didn't use the place except to sleep and shower and for that it was fine! Communication was friendly and quick and the man who met us to pass us the keys was helpful and friendly.

There was a mop hanging on the back of the bathroom door, on the same group of hooks where one should hang their bath towel and toiletry kit, so that felt a little less-than-hygienic. The garbage can under the bathroom sink was a repurposed bucket of cement, I believe. I am all for re-using, but along with the mop added to a slightly messier feel. That said, the bathroom seemed clean. They provided one drinking water filter to be shared between three rental units that my family rented. It was doable since we were related, but I am not sure how it would work if their units had been all booked by separate guests.

It was a great stay for me, homey feel, comfortable, very equipped. Convenient location. Kitchenette was equipped too. (Unit was just like what the host advertised). Will come back again.

Nothing. (Suggestion: Would be nice to have remote control for the air con & a small bedside lamp.. that would be most ideal.. but not critical.. )

Very clean premise, well equipped with kitchen appliances. It will be even perfect if microwave is provided. Strategic location, 5min walk from premise to Asia Jaya LRT station which makes visit convenient to central and major shopping malls & KLCC. Japanese restaurants & ATM machine for cash withdrawal located within the building of the premise.

A bit tricky to find the way to get the access card from mailbox area. Getting the right exit of the building to LRT station also a bit troublesome.

Not have basics (for example amenities, kitchen basic cup, spoon, knife, fork) No extra toilet tissue No plastic slipper No clarification about nearby shopping store or how to get to LRT station

Instructions for check-in was splendid - clear and thorough with pictures. The room was nicer than I imagined and the apartments were easily accessible to the shops over at sheraton. Great view of the city too.

parking lots were a little cramp but it's not unexpected.

Location to LRT was great, convenient to move around. Place was clean. Place was equipped. Supporting staff/contact was responsive.

The Keluar/Exit light on top of the main door was too bright at night. Towel was slightly coarse. Shower head could be replaced although still functional.

Easy check in. Very good instructions given along with rules and regulations. Spacious room, very comfortable. Nice view of KL. Easy to park as well although you need to pay (parking pass RM15 or oay by hour rate)

Would be great if the parking pass is included. Checkout time is quite early.

Excellent online phone support for the stay. Quiet room in a centralised location next to Federal highway (link PJ to KL) Great view from the room, fully equipped with a small kitchen, bar table, fridge, washing machine and washing powder. Online payment was easy, and the instructions for reaching the hotel, what dos and don'ts, etc. Cleaning staff Sutfie was supportive to help bring up meals from Grab drivers. Security tight such that no outside visitors. Unit completed with utensils, but a Microwave oven will be a big plus. Entertainment - unlimited NetFlix and Youtube etc. Astro will be a big plus. WiFi is great support within unit.

There should be a proper sign on the gate to show "Pinnacle PJ @Penguin Homes", all Grab drivers went to Sheraton lobby. Tower B sign was not clear for all 1st time visitors. The "picking up of keys" were complicated, as I was dragging my luggages around the carpark looking for the mail room. Suggest to sanities and seal in envelops for visitors to register and pick up at Security. Only bath gel and bath towels provided, no shampoo or other toiletries. No free carpark, and the shared parking is apparently quite expensive.

all the facilities provided is very good. got fridge, washing machine, electrical induction stove, tv and others..

Clean, easy to access. Suitable and easier if you drive. Otherwise it’s a bit complicated for check in, the elevators not all goes to the floor that you wanted, example main elevator does not go to L4. First time will be a bit confusing but after that will be easier when you’re used to it.
