We booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool but it was out of order when we were there and we were not notified that this would be the case

I stayed here two years in a row. Since I had a good experience in the first, I decided to try my chance again and booked a room for two people for 13 nights. The receptionists took my request into consideration and gave me the exact room I requested during the reservation. This was a great welcoming. They took pre-autorization from my credit card but as it was promised, they withdrew it till check-out date. The “Studio Room” was very comfortable, spacious and silent. Air-conditioner was working properly and the room temperature was fine even in the middle of July. The location was amazing. The view from the room and balcony was very pleasant.

Cleaning could be much better. The door of the bathtub was very disturbing. Especially while trying to have a shower, it always came in. Bed mattress was so perspiring.

Good location and i was happy with the accommodation cleanliness and complimentary breakfast.

The only downside is there is a deadline to arrive and we got a message that we only had 1 hour to arrive or we would not be accommodated. We were able to get there before the deadline but I have never stayed at a place that would cancel your reservation and offer no refund if you were not able to check in by 6pm.

We were instantly impressed by Nemea Appart Hotel when we were welcomed by friendly and professional reception staff who stored our bags for us when we arrived early. Our room was comfortable, immaculately clean and larger than we expected. The hotel had a heated pool and affordable buffet breakfast option. The location is good too - while you are a little too far from the beach for an ocean view, it's just a short 5-7min walk to the beach, markets and shopping strip. We chose this hotel because it was well-priced and had moderate expectations - instead, we experienced exceptional service and facilities!

Does not say in any booking that you have to clean your own room, take the trash out, and have to pay to get fresh towels even if you’re staying for one week. Just to be aware of it makes the stay better because that was the only issue we had when we got there. Elsewise the apartment hotel was nice!

The bed was super comfy. We had been traveling all day and went to bed pretty early because we were tired, and we both had a really good night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed that it is pet friendly, our cats were safe and sound. Another thing was that the kitchen was a good size for a little space and we were able to prepare our own food. That is important to us as travellers because we cannot always get our dietary requirements in restaurants.

I really enjoyed this hotel, but I would have liked for there to be some dishwashing liquid with a wiping cloth so that I could hand wash a few items. There was a dishwasher which was great though.

Location was good Our room was fine but our friends were not very happy with their room as they had an apartment , was more money and the view from their room was not great

Would be nice if we didn’t have to deal with our rubbish Would be nice if towels were changed and if better quality and more toiletries than just one gel for washing. No hand or body lotion Very basic Other aparthotels provide these things , it’s such a small detail that costs so little

Bathroom was very nice, bed was also very comfortable, parking garage

Carpet had lots of stains.. not dirty but with old stains.. they shoud change the carpet floor or try to clean stains somehow..

Maybe some rooms need more maintenance, for example some floor tiles in the bathroom were broken and of course they need to be repaired and the cleanliness of the pool was a problem, I got there one day and just some sunbeds had a mattress, for the rest of them you will stay on the iron sunbed which is not very comfortable….

The room was very well appointed and, being an apartment, had its own "mini" kitchen, albeit with some odd pots, pans and cutlery. Very large TV was a bonus. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The staff were very amenable and helpful. The location was fine being just 8 or so minutes from the waterfront and the main square with numerous bars and restaurants. The pool was a nice addition....but see below!

In the room we had a desk and a small table but just one cushion type seat at the desk. The room could have done with just a couple of fold up chairs (IKEA??) that we could have used at the desk or the table. Only one cup and saucer for two of us but fortunately there was also 2 large and 2 small mugs to use instead. The pool was great but it was so dark! I presume the strips in the ceiling were LED lights but could see no way to turn them on.
