The accommodation was good and good location.

The temperature control in the room could not be controlled. This was confirmed by staff who I asked. This is a very poor design and a waste of energy, windows had to be left open to control the temperature in the room.

Clean. Close to station. Room is spacious for family. The small kitchenette is good since many restaurants were closed on holidays. Also breakfast is included, nice staff! Recommend

went for my birthday. we really enjoyed the stay, bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed and much more. it even came with a bag of microwaveable popcorn which i thought was such a cute touch. there’s a shopping centre practically in the back garden of this hotel, the main town was very easy to reach by any of the s trains. we also went to therme erding (would absolutely recommend) which had a direct train to it also

the ventilator thing in the bathroom was broken/not working and there are no windows there, as a woman that was a little awkward! the tv has an cast feature and it didn’t work for us either but it’s only a small thing, the tv itself had channels with good movies playing

My family was completing a trip through Czechia, Austria, and Germany and this was the perfect end to the trip. American style hotel room (with definitive Germany touches) that helped us wind down from a long time away from home. The rooms were well appointed and spacious. The location is safe and accessible by short walk to S-Bahn and/or trams. Just far enough away from the central train station to be safe but a short S Bahn ride to either the train station or Old Town. Breakfast was good and kept family fed. Definitely worth the stay

Location is the only downside. It is a bit more of a walk (granted with kids) to the S-Bahn which has it's downsides on late afternoon/ evening returns from the old town but otherwise a very beneficial location with a shopping mall right behind for easy access to groceries and essientials.

i loved the professional but relaxed atmosphere. breakfast was more than sufficient from healthy fruit to bad, but delicious carbs. proper coffee / tea varieties - on a help your self basis 24/7. warm was modest but again- totally sufficient. eggs to sausages. the modesty of the buffet is deceptive. there is everything you need & is a mixture of the good & the supposed bad. the atmosphere was great. either you could sit in front of the tv in a sitting room atmosphere, or be at a restaurant table or in a home office environment. the staff who were were efficient but in the background. if you needed anything- they were there to help. to top it all - each room has a studio with its own kitchenette atmosphere. perfect for longer stays. a gem.

quite honestly- i loved the set up. the hotel is 1 km from the centre of town. there is the underground 5 minutes away or the tram. i liked to walk it each & every day. maybe not the best area at night- but that is when you use public transport. the price was more than fair for being 1 km away from the true centre of munich.

Improve breakfast, bigger choice and better quality

As a friequent traveler I should say that overall concept of the hotel is very convenient. You have complimentary breakfast and the fully equiped kitchen. Nextdoor is a shopping center and grossery stores. Customer service of the hotel is outstanding. You feel that you are very important guest. Individual approach, attentive to each and every request. This applies to all the staff, but Suzanna at the reception impressed with her hospitality. Breakfast is very nice, complimentary tea and coffee (very delicious) all day around is a big plus. The beds are very comfortable. The location is good, a bit far (20 min walk to the Marienplatz) from the center, however it is quiet and has a huge park (near the museum of transport) in 5 min walk distance. There is a playground near the hotel, which can be of interest for the families with kids. Highly recommend for the families with kids and those, who have dietary restrictions and would prefer homemade food and value the calm and friendly atmosphere.

I blindly booked this hotel from back home in The States and was very pleased with my stay. It sits a half a mile away from the Münich Hauptbanhof and is a very easy walk...even with luggage and in the snow. :) It sits in what seemed to me to be a very good location. My son and I walked to the train station early in the morning in the dark and felt very safe. It is a quick 1.5 mile trek to Marienplatz and all the sites Münich is known for. The hotel itself is very clean, and up to date. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We arrived well before check in and they were able to put ud in a room right away. The hotel shares a courtyard with a shopping center (indoor mall) including a Lidl grocery where we were able to pick up some snacks. Breakfast was a mix of fresh fruit, cheeses, and meats as well as eggs and sausage and included in our stay. We could not have been more pleased.
