From the very beginning, the hotel impressed us with its warm and accommodating service, even before our arrival. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to reschedule multiple times, and the staff showed nothing but understanding and flexibility. Their kindness set the tone for a truly enjoyable stay. The hotel itself is fantastic—our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for a long stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, a large shower, and a huge balcony. The two pools were spotless, with plenty of seating available for relaxation. The spa, though available at an additional charge, was a pleasant and worthwhile experience. Breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a rich variety considering the price. The location is also excellent, with a bus stop just a short walk away, a 24-hour grocery store nearby, and plenty of great restaurants along the promenade. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it!

This hotel is a tremendous value for money in Malta! It was really cheap compared to other similar places, and it ended up being really nice and comfy. The location is solid, close to all the restaurants around Sliema, and even has a small 24/7 grocery store nearby.

The fitness center was your typical hotel gym that is not great. The opening hours of the amenities are pretty limited in the evenings (everything closes between 7 and 9pm, which makes no sense to me). The jacuzzis on the rooftop are not heated, which makes little sense.

Location is great if you plan to do sightseeing, close to bus stops, short ride to Valletta. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. There is restaurant with great view on 11th floor where you can also enjoy outside pool. Pool was still open but for me it was too cold for using it. Breakfast are also served on 11th floor. Variety of food was very good and it was nice to eat breakfast with such a view. There is also indoor pool, spa and gym- we used pool with kids every day. We had studio room and it was very good for 4 of us. King bed was very big and we slept there with our youngest kid. Sofa bed can be expanded but it is not very big. I think two bigger kids would have problems sleeping there together.

Indoor pool was available for kids only in hours 9-14. This is NOWHERE mentioned on booking and I would prefer to know this upfront. Hotel should include this information on booking since it is quite important for families with kids.

staff were so helpful and friendly. facilities excellent - both pools and sun terraces were clean and well maintained. rooms clean and housekeeping were excellent too. food was great - the casual food at the roof terrace bar 🤌🏻 and really well priced. check in /out was smooth. the towel token system was genius and stopped ramdom towels being abandoned around the pool and sun loungers. location was excellent - a lot of the area is under development but located between Sliema and Valetta means your only an easy stroll in either direction and public busses are air-conditioned and frequent.

Gzira is an area in transition so quite a few of surrounding buildings are under construction or being refurbished. balcony doors were soundproof so no intrusive noise in the room and from the roof terrace the noise was not noticable - I had headphones on anyway. in fact with the exception of Valetta most of the towns along that stretch are "under construction" the amount of cranes on the skyl!

Clean, open, super friendly staff - very helpful and always happy to help and smiling! Fab location - bus stops very near! Loved the spa and offers they gave us! Our couples spa treatments were amazing and definitely worth every penny! Room cleaning was amazing and also the staff were lovely and friendly too! Also our room was ready early which was a bonus as our flight landed early morning! On our last day our flight wasn’t until 7pm but the staff were so kind in looking after our luggage and sorting out our spa access for the rest of the day! Would 100% recommend and if we ever came back to Malta we would stay here again! Thank you!

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. On arrival there was a mix-up with the booking - the hotel's system had not updated the amendment and expected us the next day. They sorted this and upgraded us to a family room to accommodate us which was lovely and spacious. The room had a small kitchenette with everything you need should you want to cook a stove-top meal. Nice balcony with views of the harbour and Valletta. Close walking distance to the harbour front and plenty of bars/restaurants in walking distance.

Unfortunately there was a massive crane directly outside of our balcony with works starting at 7-7.30am every morning. This isn't the hotel's fault but, had I known, I probably would have booked elsewhere as this ruined the views, early morning sleep and relaxing on the balcony. The pool is smaller than expected.

Having a laundry room on each floor was impressive and not something I had encountered before, shows real consideration for the guests.

Just small things. News channels apart, there were no UK TV channels to watch. Was only provided with 2 teabags during my stay, which was disappointing and there were no cleaning cloths, or tea towels for washing up plates, cutlery etc. The offer of a discounted breakfast if you booked for the entire stay, is a welcomed touch, but was not available if you declined your last breakfast with an early flight.I was happy to pay for the entire stay with exception to the last day as I was leaving at 6.00, but unless I paid for the last day the discount was not available. This was particularly disappointing.

Great rooftop pool and bar area. Breakfast fantastic. Staff very helpful. Rooms spacious and clean.

Although not directly a fault of the staff, a very large group had booked for a long weekend, and very extremely loud - shouting, banging doors, playing music - literally all night until 6am. The staff dealt with this the next day, putting up notices about keeping quiet, however the next night the noise continued with parties in rooms and on balconies until the early hours. I think the hotel should have policies against large groups, or deal more robustly with breaches of their rules. There were many guests complaining about being kept up all night, and the offending guests should have been made to leave. We had booked and paid extra for a sea view. There was a large crane directly in front of our balcony, which rather defeated the object of paying extra.

This hotel is very nice, the rooms are really beautiful with big kitchen, comfortable bedroom and large shower in the bathroom. The food is good even if slightly expensive, the swimming pool on the top floor is magnificent, as the Spa which is included in the price. The staff is extremely friendly, they were all very nice to us. Thanks for everything, we'll be back for sure.

Cleaning is not included in the price, there is only a general cleaning on the fourth day. They should put more soap and basic necessities. However they change the towels daily which is good.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The entire hotel is spotless, with a modern, stylish design that feels both cool and comfortable. The facilities are amazing, especially the rooftop pool with its breathtaking view—easily one of the highlights of the trip. The spa has everything you could need to unwind, and we were even able to use all the facilities after checking out, which was such a nice touch. Breakfast was another standout: a huge, delicious selection that included gluten-free options and plant-based milks. The chef even came over to ask if I was vegan and offered to make something special just for me in case I needed more options—so thoughtful and appreciated. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
