The room is nice and airy, the bed was comfortable. We had a city view room, however we could still see the see from our balcony. At breakfast we had many options to choose from and there were always enough for everyone. The staff in the restaurant could be a bit more friendly but I understand they're busy. Reception staff was always smiling.

We weren't able to figure out where the carpark was, however we went in January so it was not hard to find parking in the surrounding streets which is free anyway, but signs could be more clear for guests carpark in my opinion.

Speechless, absolutely speechless! That's all i have to say. Everything was perfect, staff was fantastic i had no problems at all! Hotel is very nice, outdoor and indoor pool are both amazing. Sauna, mist room, gym.. no complaints at all. Rooms are large, very good-looking and modern, also including everything one person can need. Buffet was delicious, there was everything for anyone, i can't even describe how wide offering it had. My personal recommendation for this hotel, 10+!!

The Location of the hotel was in St Paul's area which is quite nice/trendy, a lot of restaurants in walking distance, also it is by the sea, nice walking area. all was really nice Breakfast is also nice, mostly targeting British tourists, but you also also find greenery, olives, cucumber etc. etc.. swimming pool is awesome with great view. Staff was in general very kind.

It has nothing to do with the hotel, but such a tiny island and there is always traffic, even though there is public transport it takes (mostly) 2-3 times longer to reach point B from point A. We had yo use taxi a lot. Hotel has many guest, and apparently it is popular, as humble advice, maybe hotel could have a shuttle mini bus. running every 2 hours to some destinations like Valetta, Rabat, Mellieha. it would also be nice if Hotel would arrange some shuttle to/from the Airport depending on demand (imagine 10-20 people arriving or leaving) . That would be a really nice service.

They upgraded the room for a full seaview, rich breakfast with big variety, comfy bed, the swimming pool in the roof was great regarding view, also having drinks or dining by sunset

The floor was dusty on arrival day, the fan also full of dust, room cleaning should be improved. The shower glass door sealing was not good leading to leaking of water during shower. The trash bin in the bathroom couldn't be opened by foot and needed to be ppen by hand.

The staff were very attentive and friendly! The hotel was clean and went above and beyond to unsure you had a comfortable stay

My only fault was the music across the road however it finished every evening at 11 so it wasn’t a big problem

The staff was polite and supportive, making you feel valued as a guest. The room was clean, airy, nice, and comfy; the breakfast and hotel facilities were excellent. Parking was easy on the street, so I didn't need the garage. The location is excellent for tourists, but I also enjoyed it thoroughly as it was so close to excellent restaurants and places to walk in the evening.

Location, staff, adult only, Wagamama & Chatterbox were a bonus & we loved going to Bingo games.

The single bed provided was not comfortable, made squeaky noise every toss & turn. They looked like camp bed than hotel standard single bed. I got back ache in the mornings. The steam room looked clean but it always had a bad smell. The switch would have been better near the door where you can see it.. The basement toilets next to the swimming pool also had a bad smell with dirty toilet brush. Shame that we couldn’t use infinity pool on the roof with the windy weather & not heated! I’m not a gym person so I didn’t use the facilities but my son found it that some machines didn’t work & were very basic.

Nice hotel, staff were great and loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Great base for a holiday in Malta if you don't want to be in a city.

Hotel is next to a busy road which can be pretty noisy, but wasn't a deal-breaker for us.

The hotel is located in the first line. It offers nice views to sea. Swimming in the sea is possible when crossing the street, it also has a roof-top pool. We didn't know before arriving, but it is possible to get beach towels at the hotel, which we really appreciated. Good breakfast. It is possible to walk to the boat dock (15-20 min) to go to excursions to Blue Lagoon & Gozo. There are several bus stops near the hotel.

We had a room on the 6th floor with a very nice view of the sea and a balcony, but the street is quite noisy in the evenings. As we were quite tired after sightseeing for us it was no a big issue but if you are a light sleeper, take this into account.

Very clean and very big room. The view is kinda amazing even though the room was "Side Sea view", The infinity pool on the roof is nice (petty it was to windy to try). The spa and indoor is very nice. Breakfast is tasty though some variety would be nice. The hotel provides it's own parking and not free-to-park-on-adjacent-street, which is huge perk in malta conditions. Also the staff is very responsive and willing to assist.

Air conditioning. Guys, for god sake, we are in year 2025 and I still can turn my air conditioner in my room as low as i can? It's mid-april and it's hot at night, but "the air condition is central and we can't move it to cold for entire floor". Ok, first, this is kinda your problem not mine, please do advance. Second, news flash. If you move your air conditioner from "fan" to "cool" for entire floor, worst case, those who's cold won't turn it on, those who's hot will finally manage to get some good night sleep. And no, adding and fan to my room did NOT solve the problem, because, surprise!, the fan doesn't cool the room, it just adds wind and noise.
