This accommodation was great! Spacious apartment with 2 balcony areas- living room and bedroom-with a beautiful view of the sea. The view was stunning! The room was clean and suitable for my partner and I, we stayed for a week and felt right at home during our stay. The apartment was equipped with all kitchen utensils for people who were wanting to cook. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful and we also enjoyed the pool facilities that were available at Jardins da Rocha. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone, it was reasonably priced and a perfect location for what we needed. The strip is around a 5 minute walk from the hotel location with supermarkets and lots of restaurants nearby.

It's really close to everything in the town. The beach is about 100m away and there are loads of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. The pool area was nice and quiet. Apartment was big enough for the two of us. The equipment was basic, but just enough to deal with simple breakfasts. The little supermarket across the road was useful for picking up supplies for the apartment and drinks around the pool.

There is no on-site snack bar or anything like that. The pizza and burger places next to it didn't seem to be doing much while we were there, so any drinks or snacks we had around the pool came from the supermarket. There wasn't much of an atmosphere, but I now realise it was a block that also housed permanent residents as well as tourists, so the complex had a residential kind of vibe. Not a massive problem as there are plenty of bars just up the road. The 'grass' next to the pool is really sharp and spikey - don't walk on it in bare feet! The pool area had plenty of sunbeds, but it would have been nice if there were some tables and chairs too, so people could sit up rather than always being forced to lie down or sit on a low sunbed.

I had a lovely studio apartment overlooking the sea. It was spacious and well presented. The bed was very comfortable. It's in a great location and the bus stop is nearby. I booked for 2 nights. Originally I had booked a studio for 2 weeks with a private host through Bookings.com in the same hotel. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable so after one week I cancelled that booking at a cost and changed to this lovely studio. **I would definitely recommend this hotel for comfort , location and value !

Perfect location! Lovely and clean and excellent value for money. We had a studio which had a full kitchen (helpful for the fridge). Balcony with chairs and table and airer to dry clothes. Staff were extremely helpful.

Had to pay €20 deposit to access pool. Complete understand why and would have done this if we were staying for longer but only realised later on through our trip. Also had to pay for wifi in the room if we needed it. Again, would have done this if staying for longer. The balcony was always in the shade! Not sure if that was just where our room was but they all seemed to be in the shade through the day! Obviously can’t be helped but just something to consider if you are wanting the sun on the balcony.

The hotel is in a wonderful location right next to Praia Rocha and this was the main reason we booked it. It offers great value for money- the parking is nearby and the hotel offers both kids and adults swimming pool with a lovely garden. The apartment we booked was spacious with a very well equipped kitchen and very nice, large balcony.

The sofa wasn't very comfy and the pillows could have been better. The reception has an emergency number to reach on but that's a bit strange since it's a huge hotel. The hotel says wifi's included but you actually need to pay it per day at reception. It's not a big sum (1.5 euro/day) but there should be a disclaimer around this or better yet, just include it in the room price. The internet also didn't quite measure up to the expectations as it was quite slow and kept disconnecting. The swimming pool's schedule could be extended to help guests make more out of the time spent there (it's only till 7 pm).

Myself and my partner stayed in this beautiful hotel for 5 nights in September. Location is amazing. Right next to the beach and 2 mins away from strip but very quiet where we were staying. The rooms were spacious and clean. Lively reception staff. Also straight across the road from a supermarket with fresh bakery which was perfect. The pool was a great size also with loads of comfy beds. I would totally recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again.🥰

The location is excellent. Less than five minutes from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Apartment had a balcony, full kitchen and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was nice, but might get crowded in high season.

The room decoration was dated and a bit tired. The bedside lamp didn't work, the balcony chairs were a bit dodgy, I did worry one might give way. The water in the shower didn't stay hot very long. We had to ask how to access the pool as we weren't given the necessary swipe when we checked in. (20 euro deposit needed to secure the card)

The hotel was easy to find and only 40 yards to the Praia da Rocha. It has a nice kitchen. The entire hotel is spotless clean especially the rooms. Two swimming heated pools are also on the property . We stayed there for three nights , we should have stayed six . There are many places to walk for food nearby.good WiFi. Friendly staff ! Stayed here a few times now and each time has been excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stays. Spacious apartments, with everything you need.

The only downside, the beds. They are uncomfortable. I suffer with a bad back, so it’s not ideal. You don’t get to choose/pay extra for a sea view room which is a shame, however this time we did get one.
