Loved that the location was just off the highway and only one exit away from Kings Island and the Cincinnati Open tennis courts. There were plenty of options for dining within walking distance or a short drive away. The cleaning staff did a great job and both check in and check out went smoothly. Laundry machines and the ice machine were working and readily available anytime. Overall a pleasant stay with the location and price being the main draws.

There was no breakfast. The pool looked a little rough. A lot of dogs. It didn’t bother us but if you have allergies, probably not the best place for you. There were all sorts of people staying, some pretty sketchy looking people staying long term. You could occasionally hear yelling and screaming from the hallways or see them hanging out the windows smoking.

This hotel provided a clean comfortable room that was perfect for our needs. We were traveling with our dog and the receptionist greeted us and our dog warmly and noted that our poodle would find many friends staying at the hotel. And this was true. There were many pet-lovers staying in the hotel that night. The location was great - easy to find off the highway and surrounded by places to get a bite to eat or run some errands.

Unfortunately some of the pet owners didn't clean up after their pets and the grassy/landscaped areas around the hotel parking area were strewn with "landmines". This is not an issue with the hotel itself (and inside, the hotel was spotless.) But maybe placing a couple of poop-bag dispensers and receptacles would give guests the hint to be more considerate about cleaning up after their pups.

Sink was stopped up.☹️☹️☹️ The pool was absolutely filthy!!!☹️ We are a Christian family and it bothered us greatly to see three active prostitutes in the lobby and management was fully aware. We will NOT return!!☹️

The side entrance door needs repaired, closest to our room 110 The toilet sits definitely too low for medium or bigger people

check in was extremely fast and easy and the girl at the front desk was very friendly and nice. the room was a great size and very clean, and beds and pillows were very comfortable. it had a refrigerator and microwave, a good tv, good lighting and enough outlets, and was pretty quiet. air conditioning worked great and wasn't annoying to listen to. wifi worked well. there was no smell at all in the room, not even from cleaners or anything. this was the first time i have ever brought my own blankets and they didn't have a smell on them after leaving a hotel, so i was impressed by that. it is also very close and easy to get to kings island and food places.

the refrigerator made a lot of loud noises making it hard to sleep. i actually had to turn it off at night. there were a few small hairs from a man shaving left on the sink, but everything else was clean.

The property is located in a great area, only about 5 mins from breakfast, gas, and other food locations. I stayed here for a weekend at Kings Island, and it’s only about 10 minutes away. The staff were so friendly, and check in was so quick. The facility was clean and the room was super clean and comfortable. Noise was not an issue.

I did receive a different room than I booked, but it was still comfortable.

The beds were nice and soft and big enough for two people and a child I love the fact when I called them and asked for a handicap room they let me get one on the bottom floor would stay again

Didn't like that the pillows were kind of hard and be a handicap room instead of having a shower where you could walk in they had a tub

we only had a problem with the deadbolt on the door and how the door opened. But we were fine about it.

Good value for the money. I LOVE that it is pet friendly. Will stay here again.

My adult son slipped in the shower and fell out onto the bathroom floor. Luckily his head landed between the commode and the corner of the wall, however he landed hard on his tailbone and he is still in a lot of pain. We did not report it at the time, and we do not intend to take action. But please install non-slip grips in the shower.

The greeting was friendly and check-in was efficient. All facilities were clean and well-maintained. The room was nice, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable.

There was no breakfast other than coffee. We knew that going in, so it wasn't a surprise. However, something would have been nice - cookies, donuts, something to take to munch in the car. The price was very reasonable, although on this trip we stayed at another hotel that was even cheaper and still provided a very adequate breakfast.
