Good simple economical place to stay in Nusa Dua. Comfortable beds and good shower. Takes about 20 mins to walk to the beach, outdoor shopping centre and Devan Show (highly recommend!).

We stayed here for an event on The Peninsula and it was a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi/Gojek/Grab. The presenters at the event stayed here at the Mercure and the hotel was fully booked. The rooms are decent-sized and very practically designed. The rain shower was really great. The bed was very comfortable.

The light switches are strategically hidden to find them all around the room to be able turn off the lights at night, and every chair in every room generates a loud squeak that is heard from the floors above and next door. So if anyone moves a chair in any room around you, you're going to hear it even if you're wearing earplugs.

A well run, mid level chain hotel, not fancy and all serviceable. Gigantic grounds. Rooms a little small. Good shuttle to the beach. Good breakfast. Best value for money in Bali.

Weakest wifi in Bali. They could also inform guests going to the beach to learn about Bali’s changing tides. The little cove 5o metres behind their beach is the best sand bottom swimming in Bali ,but only on a Spring high tide. Neap tide not enough water. Or walk at least 3oo metres south of their beach to sand bottom, because their patch is full of rocks. Also too much water on their side at all high tides. Beware. Go to the cove behind.

Good breakfast, lots of variety. Big pool. Nice balcony. Free beach transfer with included sunbeds on the beach.

Room needs a little maintenance update. The sofa bed was not comfy. Also the sofa bed was missing linen, but staff solved this problem.

Coffee machine only working one day whilst I was there and that was disappointing as I love my coffee. Beach was not as good as I thought it would be compared to private beach at Novotel, so I actually ended up going there. Staff very helpful and very good with room cleaning and room service. I would have liked a balcony but understand that it was not an option with the room I paid for, however next time round would prefer one. Location great. Room good and clean and comfortable and as said the room cleaning staff great and always came round in timely manner. All in all a good stay and staff very helpful when I cam over suffering a migraine. Really good and very receptive to helping me out. Would recommend Mecure, but not really romance wise :) Would stay there again and would recommend as an option as opposed to Novotel where I usually stay. Very reasonably priced, just wished the coffee machine was working on the times I had breakfast which I think was all but maybe one or two days when staying there. I like my coffee :) Many thanks . The room is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room service is great, all the food and drinks are very good at reasonable prices. The parking is spacious and easy to access even when it rains.

If you want to walk outside by feet you have to walk for five plus minutes until you leave the hotel territory. For example it took 7 minutes to reach the nearest bar: 5 minutes walking to the hotel gates and two to the bar.

We were only there for 1 night coz the one we booked in was not ready until the next day. But our stay was beautiful. The hotel was easy to navigate, breakfast was buffet but they also have cooks if you wave any requests. We enjoyed the quiet morning we had. Our room was overlooking the pool area, I just watched my daughter and husband from our room window while they swim. The sunrise was beautiful, it brough a lot of relaxation to our 1st day. The staff were very polite and informative too.

The hotel rooms are well sized and comfortable. The facilities are adequate and the hotel does regular bus trips down to the beach and shopping district. The pricec of the two rooms we booked was indeed very well pricedcand highly recommendable value for money.

There was a major communication gap with most staff not understanding english as well as expected for a pure holiday destination. A basic english couse for staff dealing with guests should be unfertaken as the staff are eager and friendly whichbis already a very important attribute.

The bed was very comfortable and big. The pool area is fantastic with sun all day long. the location of the hotel is superb. Although there is a long driveway to the entrance of the hotel, most restaurants in Nusa Dua will pick you up and drop you off for free. All you meed to do is pre-plan where you want to eat and Whatsapp them. Breakfast at the hotel was nice and there was a good variety. The hotel offer a free shuttle service to and from the beach. You can also hire bikes from the hotel which are extremely cheap (50,000 IDR = approx £3 for a day or you can hire them for half the price for 6 hours). We hired the bikes for 6 hours. this was a perfect amount of time to cycle down to the coastal path and explore along the coast. We even had a few hours at the beach with the bikes. I can’t praise the staff at the hotel enough. They are very polite and like to chat. They really are a credit to the Mecure Franchise.

The rooms are small and only have a space for one suitcase. A portable stand for another suitcase would be useful - but not a big deal. The drinks menu at the pool bar is very expensive compared to local restaurants (nearly double the price). you expect to pay more at a hotel but not double. It’s a shame because I feel more guests would buy drinks at the bar if the prices were reduced slightly. The food menu prices are equal to local restauraunts.

Pool area beautiful and relaxing, great gym and big selection at Breakfast. I had a ground floor pool access room which I loved as I liked listening to the music and close to bar. Loved the complimentary regular beach shuttle. The beach was beautiful, much quieter and cleaner than others I had previously visited (Sanur, Kuta, Legian). It was 5 minute walk to laundry, shops and Restaurants. I would love to return again.

Like many Hotels in Bali after being shut for 2 years it is in need of some maintenance, airing out, revamping which I did see they were in process of. The room had a musty smell especially from the bathroom and toilet. It was noticeable but not a deal breaker for me. If you require a quiet room ask for one near the end of building opposite the gym :)
