Very comfortable & a convenient location for our trip.

It would have been nice to have dish washing & cleaning supplies. When you are only there for 5 or so nights it is a waste to have to purchase these items & then leave them for someone else to take.

pools -good rooms - things needed upkeep or repair, but not major when garage door arm broke they repaired it that day

I informed OASIS we would be checking out 1 day early and asked if they would approve that for Booking.com They did approve it but never heard from Booking.com AND Booking charged us for that day. Why don't we get a refund? I did everything B.com asked- informed Booking .com, talked with OASIS and they approved it. I think we should get a refund.

Did NOT LIKE or Appreciate some person in a Golf Cart at 3-4AM Asking Me if I was Staying there AFTER Watching Me use My Key Card to Enter the Property, I Replied "YES, Didn't You SEE Me just use My Card to get in the Gate?" For this Person to Reply with "Well it's Mighty Late" Forgive Me However I am a GROWN MAN that has Absolutely NO Responsibility to EXPLAIN What time I am Doing ANYTHING. PLEASE Deal with THIS, Told Front Desk.

This was truly an excellent resort. A really nice room with balcony and all the kitchen equipment you could ever think of for preparing your breakfast (or even meals). The room had an own garage which was a nice bonus. The property has a lot of good pool areas if you want to spend your time relaxing in the sun or shade. It is located a bit from the Palm Springs city center, but that is not a problem if you move around with a car.

Location of unit was great. I loved having an attached garage and private entry. The unit was spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and large. The resort property was beautifully landscaped and had exceptional amenities. My stay was short, but I would book this site again.

The bed was a little hard for me and both my husband and I did not use the pillows. They were way too big and uncomfortable under your neck. I took a pillow off the sofa to use instead.

Modern updated unit with full kitchen. Large balcony with chairs and table. Landscaping and general grounds were well kept and tidy. Good value for the area. The resort was not grossly over the top but comfortable especially for older adults. The pool and spa had ADA chair lifts in addition to steps to enter the pool/spa.

No elevators. Steps up to the upper unit were open steps, a bit narrow in step and stair width, that could have used a railing on both sides, not just one side. This would make it easier and safer.

ROOM - Very clean - Spacious - Good views - Furnished with tableware, glassware, and flatware - Full sized appliances - In room washer-dryer - In room safe - Plenty of storage LOCATION - Midway between Palm Desert and Downtown - Nearby a Vons and gas station - Private gate access to the complex AMENITIES - Kid-safe with max depth of 5 ft. - Free access to bikes, tennis, pickleball, gym, and pool

ROOM - Had a strange underlying smell. HVAC system? - Stairs provided open access to our balcony from anyone on the premises (no one walked up but it was kind of weird) - Squeaky furniture - Bar soap provided, but no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash GYM - Small with limited machines - No free weights

I loved the layout for my family. It was a two master bedrooms with an extra half bath and a Murphy bed in the living room and two dinning tables. The patio was nice and the garage would be convent if we were staying longer.

It was stuffy and the ac fan was not working well so we had to go to target to get portable fans to be comfortable at night. We had to take all the trash to the bin which seems excessive. Would have liked a complementary clothes detergent but that was an extra cost.

Bed was not very comfortable, probably needs a new mattress and definitely new pillows. Kitchen had everything we needed. We were on an upper level unit and we all thought the floor from garage stairway to room door was 'weak'. Staff was accommodating in allowing g us to stay on the property after checkout. Enjoy having so many pools which makes it quieter.

See above. Wish the pickleball court was made into 2 courts and the markings were cleared up.

Nice property the pool was clean. It was very quiet and I got a chance to get some really good rest.

The only thing I noticed is they don’t answer the phone the front desk late at night. We started having a problem with our connection with the Cable and we tried to call someone but no one picked up.
