All of the staff were great and just added to our 7 night stay. The location is perfect with everything close by. Breakfast every morning had a great selection of food with the view from the top floor resturant a real bonus. The room was very clean although there were just a few little things in the bathroom requiring maintenance. Would recommend the hotel to all.

Showering you needed to direct the water away from the shower screen to stop lots of water on the floor. There was a small leak from the toilet that would wet the floor, this was fresh water not toilet bowl water.

This hotel was absolutely everything it advertised! Room was spectacular and spacious with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water and pier! Hotel property was gorgeous and modern. Restaurant had beautiful floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water, it was perfect. While we only had soup and tea for breakfast, it was quite tasty! Their breakfast spread, however, had lots to choose from.

This hotel serves a great open buffet breakfast with the magnificient view izmir bay. Rooms are basic but nicely decorated with trendy furniture style. bathroom exceeds the expectation with a rain shower option. Location of the hotel is excellent.

The entrance of the hotel is from the main street on the city side but not on sea side ( kordon). There is no information about this on the web page. I accidentially got into one way street in kordon by my car while looking for the entrance. And warned by the police. Pls add some guidence about routing on your page. There is no access to the roof floor by elevator where breakfast is served. Pls add some information to your web page for wheel chair using customers.

The location is very good, just by the seaside, where you can enjoy the stunning sunset. There are many restaurants around, making dining convenient. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly, helping to park the car.

The breakfast is a bit poor and does not match the size of the hotel. There are very few things and they are not fresh. The sound insulation is not good, and there are many people walking by the seaside at night, which is very noisy. It is recommended to choose a high-rise building.

Staff is amazing and the rooms are so well thought out with plenty of closet space and beautiful rooms.

That they allowed a local to talk his way up to my room to harass me when they should have stopped him downstairs.

The hotel was at a great location right on the water next to the ferry stop and bus stop as well as many restaurants around and small walk to the famous market. Staff were very nice and helpful!

Breakfast was very good . Room was fabulous i upgraded to a jacuzzi and room was very big very comfortable bed

Food not always to my liking Cheese is very salty, Soups not to my liking. and generally i don't get on with food in turkey.

I'd been there a few days before, another very nice room, the same extremely kind staff. Excellent location and always a pleasure looking out over the beautiful harbour and watching the ferries disgorging their passengers beneath the windows.

Not great having only one lift, which on this visit was not working on several occasions. A bit annoying that on one night the restaurant on the top floor was being used for a business meeting, however the room service they provided instead was wonderful.
