After booking and reading reviews I was a little worried it would be quite difficult getting it, I was running a bit late and concerned. The instructions seemed excessive but they obviously have had customers in the past making every detail described. Once I showed up, followed instructions it really was quite straight forward with no hiccups at all. The wasn't much back and forth just sorting out a room deposit. It really was all quite easy, decent price for being as close as I needed to be to the airport. Basic and clean, all I expect What I got :)

The bedframe was a little noisy, I felt quite conscious moving around knowing other guests are sleeping and trying not to disturb them.

It was clean, quiet, and well organised via self entry. The instructions were very precise ie,door codes . The kitchen was very clean ,a nice open area . Other guests were respectful. Had a good nights sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Hard to find with satnav, and no parking, had to park quite away from the rooms, I only chose his one as it said parking available. My mum is partially sighted and has the start of dementia, so it was a bit awkward. The bathroom was spotless, only problem was the shower, couldnt control the temp,so very hot .

Good location as it's quite near to the Heathrow airport terminals.

1. It would be much better if the owner can provide more kitchenwares, especially the plates/bowls. 2. A kindly and simple remind like "the kitchen is shared by room#1, #2,#3 and #4 guests" for guests would be more perfect; 3. Sometimes the call for help can not be answered in a timely way, especially for option item3 and item#4.

Stayed here a few time now and never lets me down, great value :-) Room is a decent size & clean, bathroom, shower hot and very clean.

Check out is at 11 but the cleaning maids were in @ 08.30 and made allot of noise upon arrival as they started cleaning. They woke me and my partner up with all the banging around they made, For anyone who had arrived there late after a long day traveling might get a bit upset at the noise and how early they started cleaning especially as check out isn't till 11, you would think they wouldn't start till 10am just to let people sleep or rest. The door entry needs to be looked at as we had issues getting in and another guest kindly let us is after 15 minutes of trying to get it. Later that night we was woken with another arrival who were having exactly the same issue with the door entry system.

Clean and Comfortable and Close to the Airport. I was dropping off a family member who had a late night flight and I didn't fancy the long drive home so late. The accommodation also had free parking. So I parked the car and we caught the bus at the end of the road and over the bridge for £2. It was just a ten minute ride to Terminal 5! And what I saved in Airport Parking covered the cost of my overnight stay! A Huge Thank You to Robin and Team! Great Communication. Highly Recommend!

Brilliant location. Didn’t expect cutlery and crockery since it was not mentioned. So brought my own. The 490 bus took me to terminal 5 no problem . That bus service starts at3.20 am and runs every 20 minutes. A local told me exactly how to walk to the bus stop , the footpath over 2 bridges. My buss pass gave me a free ride

My room 3 the shower wouldn’t work because the Nov was loose. Disconnected.

Clean living area, nice back and front yard and nice showers.

Getting into the condo and room was a hassle. It took a lot of calling back and forth and emails were delayed. It took me over an hour to get in after I arrived at the front door. Luckily some neighbors were awake and let me call and communicate with staff until I was able to get in. If I did not have service, I would have been let out. I am from out of the country so my cellular line did not have service.

I wasn't able to check in after 1130 pm because I was late coming out of the airport when I phoned the receptionist, who I hardly understood her mumbling, said it was too late. Means I spent the night at the airport while I got no refund for the room I booked. I can't find anything I like Heathrow ensuite rooms.

Exactly what I needed: a clean room close to the airport for when my flight was delayed. Accessible because of the lock boxes, so I could still go there late at night.

I would not take public transportation there if it is night and you are alone. The bus stop is at a cargo area and it felt a little bit uncomfortable walking over in the dark. Completely fine during the day, though, and it is close to the airport!

The comfort of the bed. The window that could be easily opened and the birdsong. The spaciousness. The cleanliness. The kitchen.

The shower had hot only (the handle on the right that I assume brings in the cold water didn’t work) and the shower door was hard to open. Then I couldn’t find a can opener in the kitchen. I ordered a wonderful juice drink on Uber Eats and didn’t realize there would be four of them and that they could not be opened by hand. I tried everything I could find in the kitchen and cut myself in the process. And never got to enjoy the drinks. But I hope someone else does.
