The hotel staff were friendly and inviting. Paul made us feel very welcome and was always up for a chat. He advised on what to do, where to go and even the closest 7 Eleven convenience store (which is around the corner) if you want to grab a coffee or snack anytime of the day or night. We stayed a Thursday night, then did a tour and came back on Saturday night for another stay. During that time Paul stored our luggage and greeted us again enthusiastically when we returned. He booked a taxi for us to the airport, great guy! The hotel itself is one block or so from the main nightlife section called Bangla Road in Patong and about a 5-7min walk to the beach itself. Great location no matter what type of holiday you are going for.

There was no hot water but it was so hot we didn't miss that at all. Paul explained they were waiting for someone to come out and fix it. To be honest with the price we paid for our stay this did not matter. This is not a 5 star luxury hotel but its great value for money!

The staff was really helpful, they allowed me to check in late night because of my flight and ensued someone is waiting at the reseption. Also they helped in an early morning check out as well. The location was excellent, near Patong beach and may shopping + restaurants option just on a walking distance.

They shouldn't ask for the deposit amount of 100$ when specially the booking is done by Booking.com or any other onlin platform.

Came here with friends. Last year I went to Bangkok and I thought the night life there was great, but when I came here I realized that THIS is the place to go to. Even if you don't want to go out, this hotel also has a little bar which I think is a great private spot to drink with friends or your partner. Rooms were very comfy and clean, it had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful and understanding. Wish I could stay longer.

Staff were excellent and really went out of their way to help and resolve any issues immediately.All of the hotel personnel were extremely friendly and welcoming and made the extra effort. I will be returning to Phuket and will certainly look to add a few more days to my trip and stay again at The Chilli Patong Beach Hotel. The location of the property was excellent too, both for the beach, shops, restaurants and massage places nearby.

Good location, the street is quiet and close to the Bangla road area and lots of restaurants, the staffs at the reception are very friendly and helpful. They treat me very well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, I would definitely return.

I was in 3 different places in Phuket and in chilli Salza I was really well received, Silysily was incredible, take care of and make sure that everything was ok. I can just appreciate for making my last week at Patong so easygoing. When I came back, would be my first choice, for sure
