I liked the Deluxe rooms, very modern and spacious. Breakfast is nice and spa is great.

Did not like the change of policy “we do not allow to visit the V spa, because it is the day of checking out”. Coming to the administration just to find out they will not allow you to visit spa, because you are checking out this day! Where is it written? It is not written in your website even, so that was a huge bummer.

Comfortable and big room. Breakfast with a lot of choice for every taste. Good location. Bus to the city centre and back. Friendly staff on the main building reception.

Unfortunately, the "Vitality pool" reception staff was not friendly and was not ready to help explain the Spa rules and how all works in this Spa. All questions were answered reluctantly and with contempt. Also, some staff allowed themself to comment on the guest's nationality based on the English pronunciation and accent. In other words, my visit the Spa on December 26th was a very humbling experience.

It was the perfect Christmas weekend. Breathtaking nature all around, especially beautiful in winter. Just look at this view from the window! An ideal place if you need to go for nature and calmness. Special thanks to the doorman Gregory for his customer focus and patience. We asked to change the room - Gregory offered several options, one of which was ideal for us. The Vitality Spa is beyond all praise. Breakfast - solid 10 out of 10. We will definitely come back here!

An Excellent breakfast, one of the best I aver had in Lithuania. Cosy and clean rooms. I would stay again indeed.

Guys, please make the navigation between buildings more clear. For guests it is important to know how to find their room easily. No clear signs, no clear directions. Also it does not ring a bell for guests what is Aqua pool and what is vitality - its your terms only. Please make it clear that Aqua pool is for babys and economy people, vitality - luxury. Thank you.

- Large room, comfortable - Small, but very good SPA - Good breakfast - Free parking - Good price - Dog friendly. Price for dogs <10kg - 10€. >10 kg - 20€.

- In price is included only access to pool area. Extra 25€ from each to access SPA zone, which we payed in hotel. When we went to SPA center - they didnt had information about that we have already payed for SPA access in hotel. They gave us access to pool area. Later when we started asking - they called to hotel and finally we got in SPA zone. So they should make better system between hotel and SPA center. So information from hotel goes to SPA.

Really grand hotel located few kilometers from west Vilnius. Room was spacious and had great lake views. Breakfast was nice, food in the restaurant tasty, but pricey. Plenty to do with SPA, gym, private beach with sunbeds, kayaks and boats for hire, playground, golf course, basketball court and more.

Grandness is seen everywhere, but many things are in need of maintenance and updating. Balcony door needed repainting, stains on the mattress, door key was sticking and it was hard to unlock the room. Despite having 4 restaurants (as per information sheet) it turned out that 3 of them were closed (in July), so not sure if they are ever open. We only had 1.5 toilet rolls provided for 3 people for 4 days (they did give us more after requesting it). There was barely any soap in the container and it finished after a day. Attention to detail matters!

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a beautiful lake view. The hotel lobby is large and elegant, with cozy sofas and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was tasty, with a wide selection of dishes. The hotel is located in a quiet and picturesque area, perfect for relaxation. I can’t say anything about the spa, as I didn’t have time to check it out. I was a little surprised by the fireworks on Wednesday around midnight, but I actually enjoyed them.

The balcony was a bit neglected. The poor signage – the hotel is large, and I got lost once due to the lack of clear directions. Restaurant prices are quite high, but that’s a personal matter. However, it would be worth considering renovating some areas and rooms in the near future.

A nice, clean room with a sizeable bathroom (and hair conditioner)! The breakfast selection was large (albeit impersonal), and if you’re lucky to get a massage from Kamalia, you’ll be in for a treat. The Aqua Pool spa is nothing to write home about so, if possible, visit the Vitality spa – the steam sauna was excellent, and all the saunas are super roomy there, which was great.

For a deluxe room, the view was blah (windows literally facing a wall), and even though the bed was comfy, it was actually two beds just pushed together with no mattress topper. And coffee at breakfast – not grand at all.

The spa big and nice with view on the lake. Great time spent. Clean comfortable room with big bathroom equipped with bathtub. Coffee machine and capsule provided. The room view on the lake and trees. Free car parking. The breakfast was average, but very crowded. Many restaurant in the resort. 20 minutes driving to the city.

-in the booking mentioned day spa access, but after booking Received email that limited to 2 hours on arrival day only and i have to pay 18 euro per person for all day pass. - the WiFi weak and can’t depend on it. - no toiletries provided (just a slipper and bathrobe for spa) - the reception staff asked us to check out at 11 AM. - i assumed more from resort with 200 euro per night.

A good choice of food for breakfast. The spa was very clean and we had a go on the putting green which was fun.

We asked to change our room as it was a little dark and overlooked the motorway. Once changed we were very happy but there could have been much more wardrobe/shelf space. The hotel bus service into Vilnius could have been more frequent but the Lithuanian Bolt taxi service was very good. This is also a conference hotel but they have done a good job in keeping the facilities separate.
