Comfortable and big room. Breakfast with a lot of choice for every taste. Good location. Bus to the city centre and back. Friendly staff on the main building reception.

Unfortunately, the "Vitality pool" reception staff was not friendly and was not ready to help explain the Spa rules and how all works in this Spa. All questions were answered reluctantly and with contempt. Also, some staff allowed themself to comment on the guest's nationality based on the English pronunciation and accent. In other words, my visit the Spa on December 26th was a very humbling experience.

It was the perfect Christmas weekend. Breathtaking nature all around, especially beautiful in winter. Just look at this view from the window! An ideal place if you need to go for nature and calmness. Special thanks to the doorman Gregory for his customer focus and patience. We asked to change the room - Gregory offered several options, one of which was ideal for us. The Vitality Spa is beyond all praise. Breakfast - solid 10 out of 10. We will definitely come back here!

An Excellent breakfast, one of the best I aver had in Lithuania. Cosy and clean rooms. I would stay again indeed.

Guys, please make the navigation between buildings more clear. For guests it is important to know how to find their room easily. No clear signs, no clear directions. Also it does not ring a bell for guests what is Aqua pool and what is vitality - its your terms only. Please make it clear that Aqua pool is for babys and economy people, vitality - luxury. Thank you.

- In price is included only access to pool area. Extra 25€ from each to access SPA zone, which we payed in hotel. When we went to SPA center - they didnt had information about that we have already payed for SPA access in hotel. They gave us access to pool area. Later when we started asking - they called to hotel and finally we got in SPA zone. So they should make better system between hotel and SPA center. So information from hotel goes to SPA.

The premises were quite okay. I'm not a big fan of oldschool design, but if you do, you'll like it. The spa was good, the food is decent. Overall, the stay was quite good.

No kettle and no body lotion in a room and that is a minus. Compared to other 4-star hotels that I stayed at, this hotel should offer a bigger number of perks. A key-based door system is also a minus - it's not very convenient having in mind you have to put your card to the card reader to switch everything on. My partner said the beds were uncomfortable for sleep, but to be fair, I myself slept well. The breakfast tables were huge and for 2 people it's not very convenient - someone even tried to sit at the same table, but we wanted to be on our own, so it might be a good idea to mix bigger and smaller tables for couples and single visitors.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic due to numerous reasons. I’ve had a special request while booking a room, cause it was my birthday and I’ve asked for a good looking with natural light room. Stuff immediately assured me that they gonna do the best they can. When we arrived to reception - the stuff member even called the room service to make sure that the room is the way I asked - that was absolutely touching and so thoughtful. In addition to that she’ve noticed that we had a cake and suggested to use their fridge for storing it. This was also very pleasant. The room was huge, spacious, beautiful with great light. I absolutely loved it. And! The lovely touch - hotel prepared for me a birthday cake which was an unexpected gift and surprise! Absolutely everything was great. Fantastic view, great food, service. 10/10 experience!

Wonderful accommodation. Our family loved a lot to stay at the hotel. The reception lady was very nice, welcoming, and understanding. Breakfast was brilliant; very big choice of various meals. Our family had a relaxing time at the wellness centre. Our small vacation went very well.

The restaurant Le Paysage and the restaurant in the SPA centre "Sunrice" had bad service and waiters arrogant and disrespectful attitudes. The restaurant "Sunrice" waiter at the SPA centre appeared bored and unhappy while taking orders. We sensed that we weren't supposed to be welcomed here. The soups ordered for the kids were brought boiling! The restaurant Le Paysage also had the same vibe. The service could be much better, and there is room for improvement. We felt redundant.

The hotel is a time travelling machine to the past. Used to be a great hotel over 10 yeast ago but urgently needs removation. Marble tiles in the bathroom, luxurios carpet in the room, good quality furniture in the room-all used to be great, but worn out now, good breakfast menu, but not all items are present.

Beautiful view out of balcony. Comfy bed and overall room was comfortable with a child. Staff was friendly and helpful. During night was quiet and pleasant. Overall price and quality did meet expectations.

Breakfast wasn't tasty at all, even though, choice was quiet big, egg omelet was completely tasteless. Juices tasted like it was made out of powder. There was no slippers for the spa in the room. Next door "neighbors" had 2 massive dogs (German Shepherds) in the balcony literally next to ours, one wooden plank away, and they were scaring our little girl.

The room was very large and comfortable, breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The spa facilities were very clean and relaxing, we did walk in the grounds of the hotel but January in Lithuania can be cold.

I was very impressed by the breakfast buffet but I was shocked to see 'dog owners' with their animals in the restaurant, not very hygienic to my mind and a bit strange? The choice of food in the 2 restaurants which were open in January was limited and perhaps not at the standard presented at the breakfast buffet?
