Good service from staff, offered to carry your luggage up and down. Replenishes your mineral water daily even though we did not drink it for the first 2 days. Changes fresh towel for us daily too. Love the ambience and the whole hotel is very aesthetic. Toilet size just nice, not overly cramped. We have no issue with hot water, it turn hot within 10s through out our stay. Has a nice cafe downstairs, their cakes, pastries and drinks are quite good. The venue is convenient, walking distance to 2 cafes (away coffee & lagom house) and within 5mins walk to 711. Aircon is strong, has smart TV which allows you to watch youtube, prime etc but need to sign into your own account. Hotel venue is easy to find as grab food driver does not have issue locating us. Drinks in the fridge is foc, hotel did not collect deposit from us during check-in too. Not sure if it's because we already fully paid before arriving. Hair dryer and universal plug is provided. Got bidet.

Bed size is good but its too soft and squeaky/springy for our liking. When 1 person toss and turn, the whole bed will move. Pillow also too soft for us even though each person gets 2. Swimming pool looks nice but it's located right beside the lobby so it will be a little awkward to swim there. Our room window faces the road side so it can get a little noisy as the room isn't very sound proof. Toothbrush and toothpaste not provided so got to bring your own. We are fine with it cause its more environmentally friendly. But overall we still enjoy our stay!

This was a wonderful stay. The staff are all so welcoming and the level of customer service is what I would expect at a much more expensive hotel. I worked in the hotel industry for many years and I was genuinely very impressed with the thought, care and kindness that the staff show to all guests. Thank you so much ka. Location was good for me as I don't care about being close to the malls. I liked the local area very much and there were some good restaurants and a 24 hour laundromat close. It was a $2 cab ride to the main city centre. Rooms were very comfortable and the bed was great.

The only improvement I would suggest is for the rooms to have a wardrobe or more extensive hanging facilities as storing clothes was slightly tricky. Not a problem for me as I was travelling in casual clothes out of a backpack but if I wanted to be dressed smarter I would have struggled to find space. I would also add a towel rack in the bathroom. But this is very much picking holes in a lovely room and lovely hotel. When I am back in Hat Yai I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

What did I like about the property? EVERYTHING!! The hotel itself is sooo nice. As you can see in the photo, that is what you’ll get. The service? Boom! Best service I’ve experience before. They even collect our luggage from the moment we arrived with van. They even provide us welcome drink, really friendly staff, nice environment. What else do you want? This is soooooo perfect!

Just 1, hehe, probably they will provide or setup a space for microwave (to reheat the food) would be really great!

All the staff members were extremely friendly and hospitable. The rooms were super clean and the property was beautiful. The property is also very easy to locate. The property is quite some distance from other places, but taking Grab is very easy and there are also a few very famous restaurants that are within walking distance.

Weird policy regarding requesting for more drinking water. Only 2 bottles of water are provided in the room, and we are only allowed to bring empty bottles to the receptionist downstairs to refill, otherwise we'll get charged additionally. Might be better if there's a water dispenser upstairs for the guests to refill themselves.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was attentive to guests and did everything they could for the guest to have a great time. There is also a nice cafe that shares territory with the hotel, where hotel guest are entitled to a discount.

There are only minor things that could be problematic. Firstly, the walls are rather thin, so you can here the sounds in the hallway and in the other rooms. The pool seemed bigger in the pictures, so please do not expect to have a big pool ( it is more for the environment than the actual purpose). Also, often if you more than 5 minutes in the shower, the water level would rise, some issues with water drainage.

No words can describe how much I love this place! The moment i stepped into lobby, I was mesmerised by the minimalist-santorini vibe of the hotel. We had been served a refreshing drink by the friendly staff and their hospitality is top notch. The parking space is quite limited but we can park by the roadside. The hotel is attached to a small cafe below, it’s not halal unfortunately. But, you have a countless of photographs spots. I will definitely come here again, soon.

Nice and clean. Staffs were very polite can speak English very well. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I did not have problems or sore neck the day after which I usually get if the pillow was too hard. The hotel did pretty good job for management and architecture. Lovely local people and easy to find local to eat. Recommend to hire the scooter to explore the city.

Main area was too hot. The way walking from lobby to the room there wasn’t air circulation.

Very pretty building with a minimalistic design and decor. The cafe right next to the hotel also makes delicious coffee and small bites. The room I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, hairdryer etc. were provided. Location is also good, not too far from the city centre. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Nothing much but it would be better to provide a full-length mirror in each room (so that people can check their outfits before going out). Another thing is, maybe the hotel can provide like a pole with more hangers so that we can hang our clothes/bath towel.

The stay is superb! One of the nicest hotel in hatyai because most hatyai hotels are old. Very instagramable and there is a nice cafe attached with the hotel. Get discount when you spend in the cafe as a hotel guest. The hotel has no lift but they will help you to send your luggage. After staying in other hatyai hotel this hotel just feel like a 5-star to me because they offered international plug, slippers, free drinks in the fridge, welcome drinks (refreshing) and even beer opener if you need. The staffs are helpful and always greet you with a big smile. They will be at the reception for 24 hours. The bed is very comfortable and the entire hotel is very clean. The water pressure is good, even shower feels relax here. The mirror comes with a ring light which is very friendly for make up.

Location wise is not so convenient as it is slightly out of the lee garden town therefore tuktuk is less available. Recommend to take grab because its cheaper compared to tuktuk. The staff will help you to order the grab of you need. We dont drive so parking isnt our consideration. Other than location, all is good.

All of it! The bed, the room, the pool, the warm welcome from the staff! While waiting for check in process, 1staff helped to take care n play with my baby. They are so friendly! They also helped to make booking for tuktuk and advice us not to simply trust any tuktuk or grab. Definitely will come again!
