Exceptional staff, all of them, from the night manager who let me in (tops!) to the checkout person and the lady who waits on the tables and monitors the breakfast buffet. They were all incredibly personable. Great job hiring staff that make a big difference in a stay.

Location was good for different events we needed to attend. Room was clean and bed were comfy. Pool area was nice.

Pool area was small but was ok as we were the only ones in it. We booked here because it had a bar and restaurant. However, it was closed for the weekend. It was open for breakfast but there was no made to order omelets as a breakfast option as advertised. The rest of breakfast was very good and had a large variety.

It was a clean and comfortable stay. The room was a BIT outdated feeling, but fine, really.

I first got double billed for the Breakfast, but I texted back and they took 1 off my bill.

I gave a deposit of $100 while there and needed to be refunded the balance. I also spent one night instead of two and was told I will be refunded by your Company. I checked out on the 13th in the morning instead of the 14th.

The young man at the front desk I believe his name was Jacob was extremely professional and helpful

I didn't get the breakfast because it was a little expensive

Covid Protocol was in place. Our grown kids live close to this Hilton. It makes it convenient for our grands to spend the night with us and play in the swimming pool. At this time we have to schedule pool time. Which works great for us. We always get the King Jr Suit (it separates the bedroom and living room with a hallway and bathroom and gives us more space), just in case the little ones want to spend the night.

The flooring around the pool is extremely slippery when it is wet. We had our grandchildren with us and was concerned they would fall when they were out of the pool. I was concerned for my safety as well.
