Myself and my hubby booked to stay at the Audley for 2 nights for our honeymoon break and I can honestly say our stay has been absolutely perfect. The property is a beautiful victorian house and from the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel at home ( and we have to mention the smell.. whatever air fresheners carol uses leaves the most beautiful smell all over the guesthouse). Carol and Danny are absolutely lovely, so friendly and chatty. We could not believe it when they gave us prosecco and chocolates to enjoy in our room.... I mean how amazing is that! Our room was so lovely, decotated nice and spotlessly clean. Free wifi and the bed was really comfortable. The room was even cleaned and bed made for us for when we got back from our exploring. The breakfast was fab, lots of choices but we opted for the full English and we were not disappointed. As we have never been to llandudno before it was great to see the tear off maps that are left in the hall so you can get a feel for the area before you explore. The guest house is in the perfect spot, literally a 2 minute walk to the town centre shops, restaurants and pier ect but also on a really quiet road so it's peaceful too. We would 100% recommend The Audley and would not hesitate to come back in the future.

What a gem. We were greeted by Carol who showed us to our room. Presented us with homemade banana chocolate cake.... Absolutely delicious The room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious. The full English breakfast filled us up for the day. The 2nd day I had scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. The final day I tried the breakfast knickerbocker omg..... I could eat it every day. Carol & Danny are both very pleasant people. Danny even offered to carry my case to the car when were leaving. We even managed to get parked very close by. The next time we are in Llandudno this will be our place to stay.

Nothing not to like. Everything was perfect.

Carol and Danny were fabulous hosts & so friendly & welcoming, our room was very spacious & very clean,the bed was so comfortable that we didn't want to get out of it in the morning, audley guest house is perfectly situated in the centre of Llandudno and where most of the food and drinking establishments are only five minutes away.we so highly recommended this beautiful guest house and we'll be going back later this year for a longer stay.Thank you Carol and Danny for making our stay so special.

Audley Guest House gives you the real, typical British, homeley bed and breakfast experience! In a well maintained Victorian house with nicely furnised rooms. Very clean also. Breakfast is very good. Especially liked the fruit bowl with many different fruits for a healthy start. And the vegetarian/ vegan choices for cooked breakfast. Most important: Carol and Danny are the people who make this place so fantastic. Carol, the owner, could not be there for a view days, but Danny did a great job to manage the place for a few days on his own. Highly recommended!

On arrival we were met by Dan, he was friendly helpful and warm, Dan carried partners case to the room, he explained how to order breakfast, he gave me directions to the pub which was showing the blades pitty the result was not as the service, the room was excellent great bed and lovely shower all that we required. Carole provided an excellent fry up which kept us going all day, Carole is a warm and friendly person, she agreed my partner could stay in the room after check out to get some rest and recuperation. I would advise any one visiting Llandudno to visit this guest house it’s amazing Thanks Paul and Yvonne

We had to leave

Perfect hosts who provided excellent accommodation that was spotlessly clean, warm and cosy. Breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked, huge and with great choices. Our bedroom was lovely, with everything we needed for our 3 day break. Lovely touches: a wonderful chocolate treat on our arrival and party poppers for New Year’s Eve. We loved our stay and we absolutely will return for another break.

Nothing to dislike.

Pleasant welcome from Carol, showed us to our room and explained everything. Carol gave us a choice of room, front of the house or back of the house. We stayed in the blue room which was pleasant and cosy. Lovely and clean. Breakfast was fab. Gary made the toast 😂 and he served our breakfast and had plenty of time to chat with us. We arrived back in our room after a lot of walking to home made lemon cake. 😋 We had a lovely couple of days at Audley guest house. Thank you Deb and Phil

The couple running the guest house is lovely. The breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of different breakfast dishes. The guesthouse is situated in the middle of town, very close to the pier and restaurants and shops. You can park in the street in front of the house for free. It is very quiet, you hear nothing but a few seagulls. Everything is perfectly clean.

The mattress was sloping to the left side and saggy.

Carol and Danny our hosts were fabulous, friendly, warm and very welcoming. Complimentary chocolate tiffin on arrival, beautiful guest house, our room was very clean, spacious, everything well situated. Great en suite, tea/coffee, biscuits, hair dryer. Clean towels everyday, great wifi, TV, room serviced. Breakfast honestly is fabulous, great selection and quality ingredients. Ideal location everything within walking distance. We will gladly be back. Thankyou for making our trip

Cannot think of anything, there are no negatives at Audley House

We were met by Danny who showed us where we would be having breakfast before showing us to our room which was absolutely beautiful. A king size bed’ large tv. Lovely tub chairs. En suite. I honestly couldn’t fault The Audley B&B. Tea/coffee making with biscuits. Outside our room we had a selection of books to choose from. Best of all was the complimentary home made scones with jam and cream when we arrived. Lots of selection for breakfast. Fresh fruit salad, cereals, yogurts, full fry. Even salmon and scrambled eggs all cooked by the lovel Carol who came out each morning to say hello to everyone. I loved the little touches like the smell of beautiful fresh flowers and candles when you walk in. I can’t thank Carol and Danny enough for looking after us. We will definitely be back.
