A nice, little and cozy hotel right in the center of Thessaloniki. The staff was absolutely outstanding, a number of eateries and pubs are just around the corner and the hotel is very centrally located. I had booked one of the "suites" which come with a very nice little roof terrace. This made the whole room and stay quite special. The breakfast was excellent. No buffet, but you had to tell the hotel staff the night before, what you would like to have for breakfast the next day. Really excellent and with 9 Euro reasonable priced.

The aircon hat its difficulties with temperatures around 40 degrees.

Perfect location for sightseeing, also many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Exceptional service - very helpful and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Attention to details - we spent Easter at the Caravan and several times we found surprises in the room for this occasion from the hosts. Little things matter!!!

Mosquitoes:). Maybe a mosquito net in the window/balcony would be a solution. Because our room was at the top floor, ventilation was working only in hot mode, regardless of the fact that we set the temperature to 10-15 degrees.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast was excellent – fresh ingredients, a great variety, and a lovely setting. The interior has a unique charm – antique furniture tastefully combined with modern elements. The spacious café on site was a nice extra touch. The location is perfect, and the bed was large and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture on our departure day – since we couldn’t make it to breakfast, they offered to prepare sandwiches for the road. We’d be happy to come back again.

Hosts were amazing, really helpful and dedicated. Breakfast is gorgeous (don't even think about skipping it, it would be a mistake) Location is also quite convenient being close to key points of interest. Building design and furnitures are creating a cozy and welcoming feeling. Don't forget to select from the range of pillow types when you reach your room to increase your comfort.

Sound insulation is quite poor, and the surrounding is really noisy (music and partying people shouting in front of the hotel) until early on the morning. If you have problems to fall asleep or a light sleep, plan for some extra earplugs

Their attention to detail really stood out. Our accommodation was spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable. The hotel is also situated in a lively, vibrant neighborhood with fantastic places to eat, drink, and soak up the local culture just steps away. We will certainly return when we visit Thessaloniki again, eager to try even more of the city's great foodie spots. Overall, this hotel is a gem, and if you're looking for a place with personality, comfort, great value and a prime location, this is it!

Good inclusive breakfast, paid extra if wanting more substantial breakfasts.p Good venue with lots of good shops, cafes, restaurants and sites of historical interest. Rooms Good size, good facilities, cleaned daily. Staff very helpful,l good source of information re getting to places, places to eat. Try their suggestions, very good. Try Mourga, Electronics Palace and Rouga - all nice in their own way and near to the hotel. Ask for a bed topper, will make bed even better.

Noise levels from outside. Need good earplugs if in room 20. Late night revellers going past between 2.00 and 5.00 am. Not the hotel's fault. But told it would be quiet.

Stayed for the sixth time in this hotel! Situated in the city center, close to the main attractions, shops and restaurants! The staff is great, special thanks to the cleaning lady who found our money under the furniture! Everything is extremely clean and disinfected! Breakfast is a la carte, with a lot of choices and great coffee! Every year I find new improvements! This time I really liked the vegan solution for breakfast! Also, the smoothies are great! Paid and secured parking in the building next door with discounts for the clients of the hotel!

I had to have a medical procedure in Thessaloniki and my husband and I didn’t know the exact dates until seeing the doctor one last time on the day of arrival to the city. We booked a room only about an hour before checking in and requested a quiet room so I could rest. We knew last minute requests are difficult and not guaranteed, but The Caravan team made sure to give us a very quiet room facing the back and I’m pretty sure they tried to avoid putting anyone next to us for extra peace and quiet, which we highly appreciated. They also made the bed softer since I couldn’t sleep on my back or stomach as easily as I would normally. The room was so cute and very clean. After the procedure they were kind enough to bring me brunch to the room. They also froze our ice packs in their freezer for our medicine, asked how I was doing when they saw us, and were overall just so incredibly nice and accommodating for all our requests during a very stressful time. Also, the breakfast is amazing and totally worth it! They have different breads and sweet cakes each day and bring you a whole spread. You can order eggs, salads, pancake or the day, etc.; everything was fresh and tasty. The hotel also has a collaboration with the garage right in front of it (Parking Karavan Sarai) for a reduced rate as a hotel guest that is very easy to access. The location is fantastic too. Endless restaurants and tavernas to choose from within 5-10 minutes walk. We are so grateful for their kindness and would give them ten+ stars if possible! Thank you so much!

Amaizing stay for us Whatever it says on description its true and beyond because of the amaizing staff.It makes all different when you have someone who greet you politelely and with great hospitality. Very nice and cozy place,carefuly decorated. It seams like you are in the time capsule, tradicionaly but modern. We had a BB stay and was enough for us cos we were active during the day.Every day its mandatory to pre-order b-fast and it will be served.Caffee is active all day so if you want you can enjoy during the evening, you can stay outside and enjoy music and minggle cos nearby are other caffes with live music
