The staff were amazing. The receptionist was so kind and worked so hard to get my Mum a doctor when we needed one. She rang every clinic around to find an English speaking one. She was really so very kind and helpful. The dining staff were lovely too. The breakfast was very good. It was great value for money. Another receptionist got us a room with a shower and worked hard to find this as they were all bath and shower in one.

Nothing apart from one night some ants got into our room and I do t like ants! But we got rid of them quickly, the receptionist came up and sprayed lightly and we scooped them away. There were very noisy kids staying above us just one night and they were banging and screaming and throwing bread around, so that is probably why ants came in.

Very nice and cosy hotel with 24hour desk service. everything was clean, you can even get a dinner and breakfast for reasonable price. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel has very thin floors and walls and usually there is no hall between your room and door to corridor. the door are very thin as well. you can hear other guests from other rooms, even other floors and you can especially here everything that is going on in the corridor. so best is to use some earplugs.

A hotel that listens to its guests. We arrived around 6am and they made sure we got our rooms even though check-in started at 3pm. We had to pay a bit more but honestly it was well reasonable and also within our expectations. The cleaning ladies are inexplicably kind and do their utmost to keep us happy. It was an excellent stay and we'll definitely be back. Thanks to Hotel Vitoria for being so welcoming.

The AC wasn't working in our room, we had hot weather for 2 days but it was manageable as it gets cooler in the evening. Regarding the breakfast, it was OK but it will be nice to have something hot (like scrambled eggs, sausages etc).

Very convenient location. Walking distance from The Fatima Sanctuary. We could hear the procession while parking the car. Good breakfast and nice staff. Our room had a small balcony. The room was nice too.

They do not have private parking. We had to park on the street.

The proximity to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatimas was amazing, 5 minute walk. Room was small but adequate for our stay. Breakfast was excellent.

There are two parks outside that are free. We managed to get one but otherwise would have found it hard to find a park as the nearby carpark was full.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Only downside is no kettles and no facilities to make tea or coffee. They don’t provide drinking water as well . Breakfast is included and it was good value for money

The hotel is located right next door to the Fatima Sanctuary right behind the main church. The room had a balcony overlooking the sanctuary. The room was a bit small but with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast is good. The staff was friendly.

great location close to the cathedral, restaurants, bars and shopping.

some lack of communication at check in, so unable to find our rooms that were in a different tower in the building. Also not told about the “rules” for breakfast, so were scolded when we arrived at the “wrong” time, and sat at tables that were apparently reserved for a tour group, but NOT labelled as such. Our “view room” consisted of a view of the parking lot and ventilation system for the property!!
