When we arrived we got a room that was looking on parking but asked a very kind gentleman on the reception for an upgrade with sea view which he gave us (for free). He was very nice. Room is a decent size, with balcony and a nice bathroom. The hotel has a bar with pool tables, also has the pool in the yard. Breakfast was ok, standard i’d say. Keep in mind that Cala Murada is a small place with not much to do. If you are coming to Mallorca to just have some rest this is a sweet spot to be at. My friend and I rented a car and drove around the island so it was perfect!

If I’m being nitpicky the balcony door was banging a bit the first night because it was windy. And maybe breakfast could be better.

I spent 5 days with with 4 friends in mid September. These were my highlights: STAFF The BEST thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone working there was kind, polite, very well mannered, friendly and happy to help. Our flight to Mallorca was cancelled which caused us to miss our 1st night and 1st breakfast. The manager was very kind and gave us some freebies to compensate, even though our delay was not caused by the hotel. He arranged for a complementary bottle of bubbly to be delivered to my room (for my birthday) and they also decorated with balloons. The staff at the breakfast buffet were so kind and lovely; they made us feel very welcome every morning. The housekeeping staff were also very nice, especially Quina. BREAKFAST Based on other people's reviews, I had some reservations about the breakfast. But honestly, I don't know how anyone can complain about it! It is true that they offer the same items every day, but there is a wide variety of foods to choose from, so you can actually eat something different every day if you want. There is a hot buffer with bacon, scrambled eggs and sausages; a cold buffet with cold meats, cheeses, fresh vegetables, dressings & tuna; a selection of cereals and dry fruits, yogurt, fresh cheese, eggs, different types of milk, loads of fresh fruit, fruit juice and flavoured water, and a large variety of breads and pastries. There are two hot drink machines that serve all sorts of hot beverages. We enjoyed our breakfast every day and did not get bored at all. Everything was delicious. LOCATION Cala Murada is a very small hamlet near Manacor. Not the right place if you're looking for party, noise and crowds. However, if what you want is a quiet, relaxing holiday in walking distance to three beautiful calas, this is the place for you. There are several restaurants right opposite the hotel, and a few more at a short walking distance.

There were a few small niggles I'd like to mention. Nothing major, but there's always room for improvement. I have to admit I was a little disappointed at first impressions. The hotel building and communal areas are nice, but the rooms, especially the bathrooms, feel quite old-fashioned. The red carpet on the corredor gives really old vibes. A bit of an investment in some refurbishments will completely elevate the look and feel of the hotel. The WiFi worked great in the building, but it didn't reach the pool areas. The housekeeping of the rooms could have been more in-depth. Used cups or glasses were not removed and replaced; they were left dirty every day. The shower tiles could do with a deep scrub too, they were not spotlessly clean.

The hotel is really good. The building is well maintained. The staff was very nice. The breakfast is amazing, lots of fruits, breads and warm food. The space is wide and clean. Our room was good bigger than we expected with wide bathroom, wardrobe and a balcony. The best part was the bar. The food was delicious, nice price and perfect staff. About the parking, we paid 5 euros per day and need to pay 20 euros, in cash, as a deposit fee for the private parking. The hotel parking isn't at the hotel but at the end of the street, 2 minutes walking. The staff said was okay to park at the street but we chose to use their parking and it was totally worth it.

They could improve the acoustics. It isn't bad but could be better.

An ordinary 3 star hotel. Nothing that stands out and nothing that makes it inferior to others. The bathroom is clean but outdated, it looks more like a bathroom from a recovery center. Very tasty fruits.

Noises are heard from the hallway. The same breakfast every morning. Horrible coffee. Price for parking 15 euros/day in the conditions on the street you can park for free.

A lovely hidden gem in Mallorca where we spent 6 amazing days while our boy was playing tennis at the Rafa Nadal Academy . Breakfast was with a variety of food that you can find in some 4 stars hotel, parking facilities for renting cars nearby and protected from the road. Emails and queries have been answered nicely throughout the process. Nice pools and tennis camp, quiet room and lovely reception staff. Very nice cleaning ladies and staff happy to arrange for breakfast to be sorted as take away for our boy, who started tennis early in the morning.

Although the location is relatively remote but it’s accessible by public bus. The staff was friendly and attentive. The garden of this hotel is especially charming with exotic trees and plants surrounding a lovely swimming pool. We loved the beautiful tennis court as well. The beach is actually very close. Overall, it’s a quiet lovely hotel!

We appreciated the included breakfast which was fairly rich, however the coffee is very basic, the cappuccino was awful. Additionally, the watermelons have literally gone bad. We hoped the dishes could be cleaner and the fruits fresher.

The division of the pool, one for adults and one for everyone. The hotel is at a very good location close to the beach and the area around is very quiet, great for some relaxation time.

The breakfast was a bit poor, as there weren’t many options and some of the things that there were didn’t taste the best. The juices weren’t fresh at all and didn’t taste good either. Also, in the area around the hotel there weren’t many options for groceries or food and often we had to go to other villages to have dinner or buy snacks and water.

Room and balcony were spacious. We got the sunlight in the afternoon that was also nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was OK. Supermarket is right across the street. Around 5-6 restaurants in walking distance. Some of them are really nice. Beach is close by. Compared to other Mallorca beaches Cala Murada Beach is below average but still cyrstal clear water and not-so-sandy beach. There is a restaurant at the beach that is also very nice. Location of the hotel is good. You can reach around 10 best beaches of Mallorca in 30 minutes drive. That is why we chose it. Money/performance is 8/10.

The building itself is old in a good way and very well maintained exterior. Walls are very thin and you might have to wait for the baby next room to sleep before you can. Our room was in the Floor -1 as well as the hotel laundry. You can hear the staff carry and handle all those large plastic bags. Breakfast is OK but I'm sure the hotel management can do way much better when buying goods for breakfast. Lots of pastry, 3-4 kinds of fruits, automatic coffee machine (almost sure serving granule coffee), 2 kind of cheese, etc.

The hotel was clean, big rooms. Pools were nice, the water was warm. The outdoor space was also nice. The staff was lovely!

The breakfast was limited - the same things every day, only like 4 types of meats out of which only 2 were ok, watery eggs, 2 types of cheese. Even the drinking water was bad :( at least the coffee and pastries and bread were ok. The hotel itself is ok, but I don’t think I would go there again - mostly because of where it was located and because of the breakfast.

Good location older hotel but very clean really polite helpful staff. Substantial breakfast with plenty of choice. No restaurant at lunchtime and limited menu of an evening but plenty of options nearby. Hotel has connections with the beach bar 10 minutes walk away.
