What i liked right away was that as you walked in, it already smelled clean in the lobby. As I looked around and as I went to my room every area was just super clean and well kept. I got a king suite to fit four, 2 kids, and 2 adults. The room was really clean, and the bed was comfy. The pillows were a little too squishy for me, but all in all, I enjoyed my stay. I would book with them again. I only booked one night because we were there for a family event, but I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the amenities.

I loved that it smelled wonderful in the lobby! The place was very clean and service was great. Breakfast was very good. They offered fresh fruit along with the usual fare - waffle machine, eggs, bacon, cereal, breads, etc. Parking was ample. I did not have to worry about parking in a dark spot at night. Also loved that there were outlets everywhere to plug in electronics and recharge. I appreciate lamps that have outlets on the base for easy charging.

Bathroom was a bit cramped. Toilet was too close to the door.

I loved the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. They went out of their way to help us with directions, recommendations, and answering our questions.

You should provide free parking. There was no mention of the parking fee. It should be mentioned and be in bright bold letters.

Natalie was amazing! Such a lovely and professional front desk manager. Natalie was always willing to answer questions and offer assistance when needed. All the staff were friendly and greeted you with a smile. Location is close to eateries and hospitals.

No business center to offer and no around the clock food service.

It was very clean, the staff was friendly, the free breakfast was a treat, and I was very impressed by the free gift wrapping station (it was a couple days before Christmas) they had in the lobby!

The location was good for us because it was near my sister’s house, but it certainly isn’t a destination & it’s located right by the freeway. I prefer firm beds, but these beds were extremely hard and I didn’t get much sleep for that reason.

It was comfortable, quiet and clean, and a beautiful shower. We checked in at 9 pm and we were provided with extra pillows and coffee as soon as we asked. Great service. We will be back!!!

I would update the coffee maker and coffee. Just a suggestion not a complaint

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

In the future I will book directly with the hotel. I was charged an extra $10.00 by Booking.com to park and was not aware of this charge until I arrived home:( VERY UNHAPPY with that charge!

Location was good, pool was nice. Breakfast was good.

The hot tub was not heating during the week we were there so that was disappointing considering the weather was a bit cooler so it really would have been nice to soak in the hot tub on those cool nights.

The location of the breakfast area is great and always enjoyable. (We’ve stayed there a few times before & always enjoy the breakfast! But this time, we didn’t get in on breakfast as we were in town for a grad wknd & were meeting some family for breakfast. But we did enjoy coffee (from the Brkfst area) & a banana. 👍🏻😊 The rooms are always nice. We even got the choice to upgrade from 2 queen beds to a king suite! Very nice! Kelly at the front desk was so professional, kind, & accommodating.

Maybe having 2 bottles of drinking water in the room. Might seem small, but it’s a nice touch when hotels rooms have that. It’s like you’ve thought of everything to make a guest’s stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was great though. We always appreciate your (Murrieta, Calif) hotel: the location & everything you offer there. We felt very safe. Beds are really comfortable & everything is clean. So nice to see that you take pride in making your guests feel “at home”, not only with the hotel itself but also your staff!
