Room was comfortable and clean.

Night staff failed to process my debit card which was different from the card I made my reservation with which resulted in me getting locked out of my room when I returned. He tried to process my old card which had just been replaced with a new one. Minor inconvenience but otherwise I really enjoyed my experience.

The owner/ hostess, Val/ Fal, was very cordial and easy to speak with. I had met her earlier in the day at the neighboring gas station. I was impressed by the swimming pool service being on site before 8 am on a Sunday.

IDK. I was not looking for more than just a place to sleep. Also, more bleach for the white towels would not hurt. Keep up the good work.

Comfy beds. Pleasant owner. Great location; it wasn't on a busy road, which I appreciated given the busy leaf-peeping season.

Found random hair (that I know didn't belong to me) in the bathroom shower and on the floor. Kinda icky when I stepped out of the shower and they were winding their way around my legs.

Reading other reviews, I had fairly low expectations. But both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. It's an older facility, but immaculately clean and comfortable - and quiet.

Coffee maker didn't get water hot enough (but the fridge was a pleasant surprise)., and hair dryer didn't work (but we didn't need it). I told the owner about these when we checked out, and she thanked me and wrote them down and promised to replace them. What more could you ask.

Couldn't beat the price. The proximity to hiking trails and restaurants. The bed was actually comfy. The bathroom was updated and nice. Mountain views. There was a small fridge which was great.

The outdated bedding, not a deal breaker though.. obviously. No microwave or sugar/creamer packets for coffee. No vending machine.

Great place! The room felt like home. Clean room, bathroom and tub, working mini fridge, nice tv, working a/c, nice outdoor pool, kind staff, and the property is in a great location, just down the road from Clarks and many other great attractions. Great price too.

The location was ideal, and the place was Clean and felt very well cared-for! The bed was perfect for me, if a little firm for my husband. It smelled clean, and was excellent! I felt safe and secure.

Just that the Soda Vending machine wasn’t turned on. No issues!

We’ve stayed here quite a few times, and we really like the property and the location. The woman at the front desk is so nice and we really enjoy talking with her every time we go there.

Great value! I didn't know what to expect at this price, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, in good condition, and the bed was firm and comfortable. The room was small, but it was all I could want as a place to sleep after a day skiing. I highly recommend it.

The room (#120) was very clean, modern. The bathroom looked like it was recently remodeled and was pretty sweet.

The exterior (the steps and decking and railings) could use some remodeling, or at least a fresh coat of paint. Same with the old mats outside of most doors. Anyone judging from the exterior might get a wrong impression of the quality rooms within.
