Friendly and helpful staff. Beach is within a short walking distance. There are good cafes & traditional Vietnamese restaurants nearby. Motorbike rentals and laundry services are right across the street.

The hotel was under renovation when we stayed.

The employees are very kind and good communicators. Even they helped me with some situation i had with my visa card ,specaily the coordinator of the hotel Bong,took the initiative.The location is just infront of the beach with all the easy access to groceries, places of interest.The chillness and fun sounds are all there,you can run,or do any activities at any time from outdoors of the hotel. And they have dedicated housekeeping.

I had some shower installations and problems when I arrived,and it's an old hotel that needs some renovations. But for the value of money, and I wouldn't expect the moon. It's the perfect area in Da nang. especially for solo travellers.

The reception staff is very respectful and appreciative and greets you with a welcoming smile. The room cleaning staff is also very respectful. The room is cleaned daily and the towels and bed sheets are changed. The staff deserves respect. The hotel also has a beautiful view overlooking the sea. Its location is excellent in the city center. I recommend staying in the hotel because it is worth booking.

I like everything and there are no negatives

Reception staff are nice. The cleaning staff are polite, prompt and hard working. The location is great. Balcony overlooking the beach. I loved the children around the hotel, they brought happiness to the place. I recommend buying avocado juice from the store below the hotel. They are a nice and kind family and they have the best and a reasonable price

The water cuts every morning and we have to wait until 8 o'clock to fill the tank

The hotel is excellent, very clean, and in an excellent location in the city. The staff is very polite and respectful. The room service team is excellent and very good. I recommend staying there to all my friends and everyone who reads this report.

All good with no negatives

Room is spacious, clean and has a great view of the beach. Location is perfect and the price is cheap. Staff are accommodating, always ready and fast to take action on my concerns.

The door in room 102 was so hard to lock. I suggest they fix it. Also the AC in that room is not cold enough

The room was comfortable. Really liked the balcony. Water was provided daily and regular cleaning. I enjoyed my stay.

Location of the hotel is fantastic, room was clean and well kept. Hosts English was not amazing but we we're still able to have what we needed and appreciated their effort! Property has a lift.
