A traveller friendly hotel, budget wise and location.Very conveniently located 2 blocks from main railway station, access to city centre by tram or take an easy 1.5 km walk along the main road from the station. Room size is usual for this type of hotel, not overly big, decor is basic, perfect for short stays. Bed is comfortable, black out blind and curtain, linen and towels of quality. Hot water supply and wi fi connection excellent. Note, there is no fridge.

I have given this review a 9 mainly because of the outstanding service of Eva on reception. She was welcoming and friendly with a warm smile that made me feel important. She helped me book a train the next day and answered several other queries quickly and efficiently. The hotel is very lucky to have her working there. The shower was hot and powerful.

Very close to train & bus station which was what we needed. Good breakfast selection with the fresh croissants a stand out. The lady on breakfast duty was so lovely too. Good shower pressure and good hot water. Comfortable bedding.

Staff need to improve their attitude. The lady on our check-in Iva was lovely. However, the evening staff and check out male were terrible and not a good advertisement for your hotel. There was no music in the bar area at night, so we had our drinks while listening to your night staff member discussing on the phone how to process a credit for another guest. Very unprofessional. When we asked for another drink, her response was less than friendly. Very poor. When we asked for a second room card as we had separate plans she was downright rude.

It was really comfortable, checking in was easy, there was always someone at the reception if I needed help with something, the room was very nice and very clean

Breakfast: amazing, with great variety and excellent quality. Room: silent and comfortable, as business room should be.. Staff: they were awesome all the time, every hour of day and night. I was really surprised at how nice they were.

The shower door was stuck and I had to force it open. It's nice to have offered room commodities, but not everyone appreciates sparkling water and the one in the room was the most sparkling I've ever tried in my life. The TV is a smart TV but no smart services allowed (as using personal streaming accounts, or foreign channels availability, i.e.)

A standard double room should be perfect for one person one night. It was perfect for me. The receptionist greeted me with a cold bottle of water on arrival. The room was good-sized, clean, and very warm. The bathroom has everything you need. I was surprised to find tea and coffee facilities and another big bottle of water in the room. Excellent location. 5 minutes to the train station, and the same to the center. Thank you!

It’s an amazing hotel 🏨 it worth its price . The location is cool ; the staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. There is a possibility to park the car either for free just in front of the of the hotel or for a price of just 10 euro for a day . The breakfast was tasty and various . I definitely recommend it 🏆

I had a pleasant stay at Best Western Hotel Strasser. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a good choice for a stay in Graz!

The staff was really kind and accommodating. The lady who checked us in on our arrival after 21 was absolutely delightful and kind. Amazing varied and quality breakfast, clean room and wonderful shower. The only problem were the pillows, too soft for us, but that is completely subjective obviously. Thank you for a perfect night in Graz!
