A nice spot, just slightly away from old town. Easy to access with grab as it goes around the town (they close off roads from Friday-Sunday). Near the bridge to go onto the other side. Chau gave us a nice send off. Everyone was sweet.

Price the location was excellent close to the busyness of Hoi A but far away enough to be a little bit quieter at night. Easy taxi ride to go to the beach. I thought the breakfast was excellent with lots of European and Vietnamese choices. We found all the staff really friendly and helpful particularly the manager Mr Chow and Lee An and Mr Choung. Also love the fact the hotel had bikes you can borrow and despite the incredible heat really enjoyed a bike ride around the city and countryside.

It’s not that I didn’t like it but the bed was perhaps a bit firmer than what we used to this is a personal preference and very hard for a hotel to keep everybody happy on this front!

Everything. This was by far the best hotel we have stayed in during our time in Vietnam. Perfectly located for the ancient town of Hoi An. The hotel is modern and very nicely decorated. Has a pool, spa and gym. The drinks and food were reasonably priced. Very good breakfast with lots of options. We are ate at the restaurant in the evening. The food was very good. The hotel’s greatest asset, however, is its staff. Always friendly courteous helpful and accommodating. We spoke with Chow (might have misspelt) who was incredibly helpful and spent the time talking with us about Hoi An and answering our many questions.

Staff here are incredibly helpful and on hand for anything you might need. Chau was able to answer questions for us of where to get clothes tailored, where to eat and focused his recommendations to what our interests were. Breakfast was a great spread and the room was perfect for our needs. The location is perfect as it's quiet but two minutes walk away from the fun of old town.

Facilities were nice and everything. Staff were super friendly and nice as well. They provided juice and were super lovely and helpful with our luggage. All the staff were super helpful especially our boy Danny. Good luck learning Chinese!! Everyone else was also super nice such as the Thao and the receptionists and the security uncle 👍👍. Please give them a pay raise

Location was fabulous. River view and breeze very welcome in the warmer weather. Staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble! Just ask Chau, he is your man! The breakfast buffet was amazing too!

Pool was a tad too warm but the cocktails were cold!

I booked this hotel based on so many reviews saying it was quiet. I accept that people’s sensitivity to noise varies and I am quite fussy, but I found the riverside room to be impacted by the road outside. This affected my stay here, however, my wife was not as bothered by it as me. So those less affected by noise can probably rest easily here. To be fair, I’m sure they would have moved us out the back of the hotel had I asked but i didn’t so it’s on me I guess. One other thing - getting an email from the property after checkout asking to give them a 10 in this review is wrong. The one and only purpose of a review is to be honest and allow those that come after you to make an informed decision. Not a promotion of a business.

Located very convenient location next to the old town. Hotel offered a free bike service which made the transit into old town very easy. Mr Chau was very friendly and would often chat with guests at reception and at breakfast. He helped us organise our transit to Da Nang airport.
