The convenience of it being directly across from Carowinds and it having Cracker Barrel and QT gas station within walking distance. The hotel is well kept and everyone was very friendly, especially everyone at the front desk.

I didn't like the fact that the pool stayed crowded so we weren't able to enjoy the pool. Especially on our first day we went to the pool and in spite of it saying no diving the kids flipped and dived and caused large amounts of water to splash on guests, not upset they were enjoying themselves just wanted my child to enjoy the pool but she couldn't. Also the guest above us kept running and walking hard, but we called the front desk and they stopped the running but the walking hard they kept doing.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean. I traveled with my mom and dad, and I slept on the pull out couch, which, for a sleeper sofa, it was serviceable. Not overly comfortable, but not uncomfortable. The main bed was very nice and comfortable according to my parents. The breakfast was nice. We were served oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, muffins, biscuits and gravy, sausage, and scrambled eggs with coffee, juice and milk. They do have a mini snack store beside the check-in desk that had a variety of different things. The bathroom was large and roomy with a nice big shower.

I had trouble connecting my laptop to the Wi-Fi, even after asking at the front desk for help. To their credit, the receptionist was able to connect it in the lobby, but I lost connection as soon as I returned to our room, and could never get it to connect again. We got the efficiency room with a small kitchen and although there were plates, and cups, pots, and pans, there wasn't any silverware. Kind of disappointing. For 3 adults, the room was kind of small. There wasn't room to get between the sleeper sofa and the main bed when the sleeper sofa was in bed form. The shower had some small water damage.

Everything was great except for y'all canceled one of my rooms before I got there and I had to pay for another one on site so that means I pay for three rooms and I still have yet to receive my refund on my other room...I confirmed my arrival at 8-9 pm took my money out then I get there and you cancelled 1 of my rooms with no refund so had to pay another 300+ for a room for my son in law and daughter but the girls at the desk are very awesome so I need a manager to make this right I need my refund on that room y'all cancelled thank you

Everything except the sausage. I think bacon would be a way better choice or turkey bacon.

I was expecting a fridge, microwave and coffee maker but we had a full efficiency type room with stove, dishwasher and all utensils. The room size was generous for 3 people. Love that they have pump dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Better for the environment. Breakfast was a bonus. I would stay there again. Location was awesome!!

Cleanliness, great location for what we were doing.

Drawers in kitchen hard to open and dishwasher was crammed into small space couldn’t turn it on die to the countertops being so close to it. Bathroom shower was weird because all the water got on the floor. Other than that it was great

The hotel was very nice. The only thing I don't like has more to do with not knowing the full price rates before trying to Book, and that issue is with booking.com. You book the hotel room for $150, and before you reserve the room it's $200/ night.

The hotel, staff and the room were great! The room was very nice and clean! It was located in a nice area! My check in and out process was very smooth

The location was nice. The breakfast was good. And the rooms were nice and clean. As well as the gym and the pool were quite nice as well. Also, the atmosphere and staff around the hotel were pleasant and friendly.

What I did not like was the design of the shower and how a part of it is open. So while showering water would get on the floor outside of the shower. And the gym area did feel somewhat small with me wishing there was a little more space.
