We love this hotel, it's spotless, food here is better than any hotel I've stayed in Benidorm. The rooms are spacious and stylish, the tv has lots of English channels and it even had sky sports. The hotel location is ideal for the bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The only downside is not down to the hotel, but the construction work that is going on at the Rosemar hotel next door. This has been going on for months as we were in Benidorm in October 2023 and i'm not sure when it's expected to be completed . The work starts at 7am and finishes at 5pm. As our room was on the front, we could hear it when we opened the window to let in fresh air. When we close the window, it's a distant noise which was drowned out by my husband's snoring 😂

Very nice and pleasant stay in Riviera! The staff is first class! From the reception, restaurant, cleaning staff, all of them are amazing! We've been to many hotels, but we've never met such pleasant staff! Rooms are comfortable and clean (they are cleaned on daily basis). We had full board, different lunch/dinner every day and very nice choice to choose from, also abundance of everything. Location of the hotel is great, close to the beach (5min by foot) and old town center (20min by foot). And most importantly, it is away enough from loud bars so you can get a good night sleep.

Elevators are very slow, but that is really nothing compared with all the positives of the hotel.

The staff were amazing so friendly and approachable wether it was reception of during food service, the room was absolutely spotless and very modern and spacious for 2 people, bathroom and shower are very accessible they have hand rails and a stool which can be used in the shower. The food was AMAZING no complaints at all there was so much variety. Pool was perfect no issue about getting a space down there and the hotel in general is quiet but super central we will 100% be back amazing experience

Centrally located, cleaning staff actually all staff were very helpful and cheerful On arrival at midnight it was lovely to receive the packed lunch I liked the fact that there was a little bar fridge in the room and the coffee station Every food sitting was amazing lots of selection and variety

Noise from the building site and music from pubs and parties .. instead of jelly babies perhaps earplugs should be considered? I didn't like that water wasn't freely available .. Lastly, was a little disappointed to discover that the Spa wasn't actually in the hotel perhaps I didn't read the small print

We booked this hotel for one night as we were staying in Altea, my wife's sister and her husband were staying in the Riviera so we thought we would join them for the evening to celebrate my wife's birthday. We enjoyed it that much we booked a second night (we would have booked more but we were flying home the following day so we had little choice) I have to say that the breakfast was the best food I've tasted in all the hotels we've stayed in, and trust me I am very busy Fussy. It was served hot, they had everything you could want in a breakfast. The evening meal was also exceptional. Apparently, the manager goes to the 4 hotels in the chain and she has a breakfast in one, lunch in another and dinner in another and so on, then she alternates it the following day and if the food is not good enough she informs the chef, there are a few hotels who should follow her lead. WELL DONE!! The hotel staff were very accommodating and couldn't do enough for you. They even gave us a bottle of champagne for my wife's birthday. I would most definitely use this hotel again.

The only thing in my view that would put a dampener on my next potential visit are the stag and hen parties. Why on earth would this lovely gem host stag and hen parties is beyond me. Stop them, they will spoil your hotel.

Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

It's not a dislike but observation. When raining there is a great tv room to watch sports etc. The waiter service stops at 3pm which meant people (including elderly) were walking about on stairs & lifts with glasses & plates.

The Staff were excellent, very genuinely friendly and helpful, they hadn't been on a training course on how to be nice, they just were, very refreshing. The food was fantastic along with the choice. I have stayed at supposedly far more premium Hotels than this one, and they did not match this hotels hospitality, mainly driven by the staff.

One of the lifts was out of order, but such is life no big deal.

Rooms cleaned daily, and beds comfortable. Balcony was good not high rise. Food in restaurant had good options and staff friendly. Drinks in restaurant also good value for cost. Loved the bar at the front of hotel, great music.

The pool was too cold to enjoy. It was very rarely used by anyone.
