Close to city central, rooms generally clean and hot water runs all day, as well as comfortable temperature to your likings. Most of the staff was incredibly nice, and the woman who checked me in said I was on the 4th floor while handing me the room number paper. My room was on the 3rd, and I had understood she said I'm on the 4th because I'm a solo female traveler (using my bfs account rn) and to protect my privacy. Thank you!

One of the staff was incredibly rude and dealed with me as if I was an idiot. I'm starting to think it's because I'm Israeli. He is old and had short grey hair. He should be ashamed of himself for treating guests like this based on their looks and origins! Really, everyone was so nice except for him!!! (The old guy with the long ponytail was chill tho, not to be confused with)

The staff are the kindest; they allowed me to store my luggage when I arrived early,, helped me understand the layout of the neighborhood and even upgraded my room.They even turned on the air-conditioning before I checked in to cool down the room and make it comfortable. How sweet is that! The room was spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you could want and comfortable and quiet. The location is super convenient: close to the old city and the subway and some really nice bars and restaurants. I loved Munich and want to return and stay at Minga again. Thank you for hosting me!

Very comfy beds. Lots of useful amenities like a mini fridge, hair dryer, lots of outlets and lamps with USB chargers by the bed, etc. Thoughtful layout to the room. The location is convenient - right near the Sendlinger Tor tram and U-bahn stations for easy access to the city. You can walk to the old town in about 10-15 minutes as well.

The windows blocked the sounds from the street when closed, but if you wanted to open them to let in some air the sounds from the street were quite loud. The room door also did a poor job of insulating from the hallway which was annoying with the noisy guests down the hall. Most things in the room were functional but you could tell the room gets a lot of use, so lots of things were a little worn-down or shabby, like the carpeting, lights flickering in the bathroom, shower leaking at the seals, etc.

Appreciate the size of the room and bathroom, the wide check in and check out margins, and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Also very comfortable is the sitting room and lounge for guests. Although the booking states that breakfast is not included, we were given one voucher per person per day worth 5 euros to have breakfast from the adjacent bakery/bar. A machine for making espresso, cappuccino and more is also freely available.

The staff is helpful, but their presence is very limited. There is a kitchen, which would be very convenient for heating something to eat, but it is not accessible.

A little hotel in a great position (Sedlingen Tor). The decor is dated, but the small single room had everything I needed. Extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom modern and functional. Nice, helpful staff. My room (417) overlooked the back and was very very quiet. Nothing fancy, but very good value for money.

Reception manned only until 22:00 (but they do have an emergency number, of course). There is no breakfast, but the hotel gives you a voucher for a good nearby cafe/bakery, so it's not so bad. Tea and coffee available 24 hours at the reception.

I like everything about this hotel. The location is great, just one stop from HBH or you can walk via Senglinget Strasse to the old town. The coffee machine is accessible any time free of charge, plus morning croissants are delicious! The coffee brand is really good 👍 All staff in the hotel are very polite and helpful, especially Cheikh and Dzhamal. My room was very clean, everything was working, the room smell was just divine. I was pleasantly surprised to find a small fridge in the room and two bottles of water on arrival. The room itself is quite big, and the two pillows are very comfortable. Every morning, I woke up with the singing birds and church bell- unbelievable experience in the city centre!

Great location to walk to the Oktoberfest grounds! The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower also had fantastic water pressure and I appreciated having air conditioning.

The room was a little outdated, but I knew that from the photos - it was exactly as pictured. I wish there were more pillows and blankets (two pillows and one single duvet were provided for my double bed, no sheets). Because of the surge in pricing for demand during Oktoberfest, I paid probably twice what the hotel is worth just because of the location.

Clean, basic accommodation within easy walking distance of the centre. The windows had a nice outlook with some sun and could be opened easily. Excellent option for a single traveler.

Internet access was sporadic in the room (good from downstairs) and the internet security was “weak” so I had to keep flipping over to my own (more secure) mobile data for some tasks.

Location. Safe. Calm. Pleasant room. Bathroom modern, clean, practical. Air conditioning. Free coffee. Fridge.

The receptionist was impolite and sarcastic. How should I’ve known that the self-check-in is just for after-hours-check-in? Nobody in sight when I arrived. After that mistake he continued being sarcastic and impolite through-out. Luckily I stayed just one night. A pity since I chose this hotel based on a previous stay which was all great. Both pillows too thick.

The hotel location is just 5min from to the public transportation, subway and trams. Walking distances to the shops , supermarket, restaurants and bars. It’s close to the main Street , but very quiet at night and I can sleep without disturbing by the noise. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Munich and highly recommended for any solo travelers. The staffs were nice and helpful. There’s a complimentary coffee and tea available 24hours.
