The hotel was very well situated opposite the harbour. Several minutes away was a selection of very good restaurants. It is close to the ferry to Valletta and private ferries to Gozo and Comino. Breakfast was comprehensive, good quality and varied. A selection of fruit, yoghurt and cereals. A variety of cooked meats accompanied by prepared salad. Hot options included bacon, sausage, mushrooms, scrambled eggs and beans Drinks included orange and peach juice, tea, and a variety of coffees. Toast and breads, on several days pastries were available. There was also food available to order. The room was excellent, very clean and serviced daily. Unfortunately we were allocated a room at the back of the hotel so we didn't get a view over the harbour as expected. However the description 'boutique' did reflect the room well. The room included a hairdryer, toiletries, TV with English channels, Wi-Fi and coffee/tea maker. The bed was extremely comfy and air conditioned. The hotel had a restaurant with balcony seating area. It served drinks from late afternoon with or without food. There was a lovely inside swimming pool on the 11th floor.

It would have made a significant difference had we been allocated a room at the front with a view over the harbour and this would have given it a 5* status. Some of the systems are still emerging and our final account included someone else's restaurant bill; something to keep your eye on!

We loved everything! Location, staff, food, our room's view, etc. We can only hope to return soon!

The hotel is in a good location in Sliema with a nice view across the water to Valetta. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable. I would stay here again if we come back to Malta.

There was a private party in the restaurant on the night we arrived which was very loud. We had to move to a room on a higher floor to escape which was a bit inconvenient. However, the staff were very apologetic, sorted out another room quickly and left us a little to gift the next day to say sorry. So, no complaints really. Probably a good idea to give the party goers rooms on the floor above the restaurant next time though!

We were given a room on the 10th floor, so the views were unparalleled. The staff are very attentive, and nothing is too much. Breakfast is varied in terms of both food and drinks. Rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Location is ideal for morning and evening walks around Sleima, or for a ferry, bus, or taxi to Valetta.

The bedroom was very warm each evening, as it faced the sun all day. However, the air-conditioning was set to one temperature, with heating turned on for the whole building. We were therefore unable to use the air-con to cool the room, so we ended up having to leave the balcony door open, especially at night. It wasn't ideal as the noise from the road did carry, but it was better than sleeping in a warm room. We did ask for a fan, but one wasn't available.

The hotel is perfectly located at the quieter end of Sliema with superb views across to the old city of Valletta across the water and lots to watch from the balcony as ferries and boats go to and fro. The buffet breakfast includes also extra dishes to order from the kitchen as well as good coffee from the machine on request. The lovely smiling Marleny is an extra pleasure at breakfast, keeping an eye on everything with friendly efficiency.

We only dined one evening in the hotel restaurant and it was very noisy, though the food was very good.

The buffet breakfast was very good and you also have the choice of ordering from the menu. The hotel has a nice indoor swimming pool and spa which was very nice for us, as we used this when we had a day of rain. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good with many bars and restaurants along the front. Easy to get to other places on the island with the ferry terminal to Valletta nearby, hop on hop off buses and taxis all within easy reach. Also , if you like shopping, a big shopping mall nearby with many designer stores.

The bed was a little on the hard side for us, but that's just personal preference. The view from the balcony was a bit disappointing but it was nice to have a balcony anyway.

Very modern, stylish and clean. Everything felt new and fresh. Great location and beautiful view. We loved that they offer free water to fill up your water bottles every day. Sustainability is important at this hotel, which we think is fabulous. Best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel in Malta. The staff at breakfast, especially Marleny, was so kind, happy, and helpful. Gluten free bread and cereal available and oat milk for us dairy free travelers. Lots of restaurants for dinner nearby. Shopping and (rocky) beaches close by. All in all, everything was great!! We would gladly stay here again!!

Everything, there was nothing to dislike. From arrival to checkout, we enjoyed our stay, it made the holiday perfect. Reception staff were great, our room (deluxe double with sea view), was very clean and spacious. The room facilities were very good. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of choice, what made the breakfast was the greeting with a lovely smile each day from Marleny, nothing was too much trouble.If we return to Malta, this is the hotel we would choose without doubt. Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Great facilities, spacious room, great views from the terrace. Nice sauna and steam room in the spa area and also a lovely restaurant and terrace which is nice to enjoy in the evenings

Having a car with us was really not ideal as there is no onsite parking. Sometimes it would take us 15/20 mins + to find a parking space in the area and then you could be walking another 10 minutes to get to the actual hotel once you find a space, not always but it is your luck to find or not. This was quite frustrating at times especially after a long day exploring the Island or if we were in a hurry.

Great hotel to do sightseeing in Malta. The location in Sliema is excellent, just a short ferry ride from Valletta and very conveniently placed for any other excursion you might want to take, as all the buses and tours pick you up at the Sliema ferry. The hotel staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great - special thanks go to Marleny and Andrea! The room spacious and clean with a very nice view of Valletta, good shower, comfortable bed. Soundproof windows, so no noise from the busy street. We particularly liked the pool and spa at the 11th floor, with two small saunas (Finnish / Turkish) - great for relaxing after a long day trip. We also appreciated that the hotel provides water filling stations on every second floor so that you do not have to rely on buying plastic water bottles all the time.

Nothing serious, but a few small things could make the stay even better. For instance, we were missing a few more hooks in the bathroom and a place to hang the towels so that the staff does not have to change them every day. Also, unfortunately the design of the toilet is such that you always have to brush after use. That's why it is really important that the toilet brush is kept very clean. At breakfast, a larger variety of jams and fresh fruit would have been nice. As said, nothing that could not be easily fixed.
