The staff are welcoming, beds very comfy had a really pleasant stay. Room was clean and had a lovely view. The shuttle bus is a real bonus they run on time like clock work and again the drivers are absolutely lovely. Our flight was not until later on we asked if we could keep our room a little longer then the checkout time and the staff was really accommodating. Love the little self serve area downstairs which you could get a Starbucks and snacks that was a really nice touch. I’d definitely return here and already planning our next visit.

Nothing, only thing I can think of is I wish there was a little more variety at breakfast but we managed to find something to eat for the time we stayed and it was nice.

We were not advised you needed room key to operate lift. It would be good to have a fridge in the room. There looked like there may have been a minibar, but it was empty and locked. There were no explanations of the facilities available or menus for restaurant in room.

This hotel offers great value for money. The breakfast is simple and standard, without any extras, but it's more than enough to start the day well. A solid choice for a comfortable stay!

The hotel itself was good, but I was disappointed with the parking situation. The description and reviews mentioned free parking, but I was charged €40 for two nights. Interestingly, the barrier opened both when we entered and when we left without any issues. If it doesn’t open when you exit, just press the button at the barrier and talk to the receptionist

There was an incident with the shuttle ride back to the airport, where 4 passengers did not pay the 5 euro charge to take the trip. The teenage passengers were with a bigger party and were late to catch the bus. There friend informed the driver they would be down shortly but still needed tickets, the driver indicated a location he would pick them up on the loop his trip would make and he then started the bus, when he did that the 4 passengers appeared got on the bus , the driver asked if that completed the party and proceeded on its way without the passengers confirming payment. I realize this is not my business but it left me with bitter feeling given those passengers that delayed the bus, didn't have to pay.

Very clean and up to date. Room was well appointed and comfortable. The location was wonderful. There is a shuttle that will pick you up at the airport. It cost us $5.80USD per person to return to airport. Better than an Uber.

The bistro just off the lobby: I would have spent the $50.88 for our hamburger somewhere else if I had known I would need to take out a loan to eat. Could have gone to Schipol Airport, spent the shuttle fare, and still come out cheaper for a good meal, and we probably would have gotten much better service. The server was downright rude.

Bedroom and bathroom very nice. Thick towels and a bath mat. Main bonuses are an electrical outlet at the front of the sink for a curling iron, plus a retractable magnifying mirror like I have at home for makeup. It seems to be the norm in Europe to not have an outlet in the bathroom. There was also a refrigerator which we used to chill our water bottles. We did not purchase breakfast since we planned to eat at an airport lounge before our morning flight. Would happily stay there again. Wish I had booked our 1st night here instead of at the Bastion Hotel, which was worn in comparison. Stayed 1 night.

Room was excellent and large - although the shower was charmingly antiquated. The Airport shuttle is every 30 minutes and efficient.

The airport shuttle is free from the airport to the hotel, BUT it costs EURO 5 for the return journey, which is not clear on the booking.com listing nor in their discussions until after you have booked. It is not the amount so much as it is irritating and feels dishonest - you are trapped at the hotel and have no other option but to pay this unexpected cost.

The shuttle service was great, ran on time and worked as advertised! There was a bit of a line at the check-in but a young gentleman stepped in and helped things move along quickly! The room is big en comfortable and very clean. The view is great and even being so close the the airport the noise is minimal. The equipment in the room is a bit dated but fine and there is very little else in the room. I would have loved some toilet amenities for getting cleaned up after flying but there was nothing.

The room is very bare. No complementary minibar/snacks/drink or toiletries.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport, Schiphol for two nights from April 12th to 14th, and while the overall experience was good, there were some noticeable shortcomings that affected my stay. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The 24-hour shop downstairs was convenient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, as I’ve come to expect from previous stays at Radisson Blu hotels. However, the breakfast experience was a major letdown. We paid €20 per person, but unfortunately, the spread didn’t live up to what was advertised. The staff mentioned that there was only one chef and that they were short-staffed, which I understand. However, I was disappointed to see that while staff were continually letting more people into the breakfast area, the food was being brought out in small amounts. This led to some guests taking multiple plates, leaving others with limited options. I felt that it would have been better to pause the entry of additional guests until everyone had a chance to get enough food. At the end of the breakfast, I attempted to speak with staff about a refund but found that the girl at the front of service was overwhelmed and unable to assist at that moment. In the end, I had to go buy food elsewhere. I’ve always enjoyed my stays at Radisson Blu in the past, and this experience was definitely a disappointment, especially considering the price we paid for the breakfast. While I understand that staffing challenges can arise, the overall handling of the situation could have been much better. This one experience, unfortunately, let down what has otherwise been a consistently positive experience at Radisson Blu.

Modern, comfortable room, big size, comfortable bed. The whole hotel was clean. bathromm big, big soft towels, refillable shower and soap bottles, cosmetic mirror with backlight. qieut rooms, no noises from the airport or the corridor. Coffeee machine in the lobby.

High parking fares. hotel is in an hotel complex, no sepearte restaurants or bars around. Before our breakfast there was an asian travel group, buffet was empty for more than 30 min, no personell around, refilling the buffet and emptying the tables lasteted too long - there was no space to sit and enjoy breakfast (see peictures). Gluten free breakfast only available after request, although it was in the hotel description mentioned.
