Accommodation is in a good place within a close proximity of everything. The rooms are well-kept, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well, which made for a pleasant stay overall.

The air in the room felt quite humid at times. Breakfast is provided, but it’s pretty minimal - just 3 of types of bread, one cheese, one ham, and if you’re lucky and get there on some specific time, you might find some juice, a bowl of fruit - pineapple and orange, or scrambled eggs. It's a solid place to stay, but the breakfast and room humidity could use some improvement.

Excellent location - it was about 5 min walk to the bus station, maybe 10 with heavy luggage. Equally near to the historic centre with many different restaurants. The room was very clean and of a good size for me, but I think the floor space might be a little tight for two or more big luggages. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, the hot water and shower pressure were great, and I also appreciate that there was a shower curtain. There was no hairdryer in the room but I could borrow one (a rather powerful one) from the front desk. Excellent WiFi. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady on evening/night duty.

Perhaps breakfast could have been included instead of having to top up for it.

This is a family owned hotel. We were greeted by the owner himself, Mr. Brites, who was amazingly helpful, friendly and accommodating. The wife who is in charge of the dining room, went out of her way to fulfill any of our requests. The rest of the staff was also amazing and professional. The room was clean, met all expectations such as daily fresh towels, air conditioning, wi-fi and tv. The location is at walking distance from all downtown mmanities, bars, restaurants and historical sites. This place was perfect for what we intended.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfy. They provided AC and blow dryer. We broke a glass bottle in the bathroom and required room service to clean it up and they did it perfectly and replaced all out floor towels.

The breakfast was under expectation, we had to eat leftovers from the previous hours of service and most things were missing with no reposition / refil. The quality was okay. The parking garage is kind of tight, bad lighting and difficult acess to the superior floor.

Well located for the centre of the city. Comfortable and a great price. Adequate continental breakfast included in the price. Staff excellent and helpful. Free parking in the warehouse next door although the roof leaks and it’s in a state of disrepair but the gates are locked at night so it’s secure.

A bit of noise from the road can be heard and we had a room at the back….

The breakfast is good, staff is very friendly and the room was quite comfortable. The hotel is located on the main street and my room overlooked this street. With the window open this gets quite noisy, but the room is well isolated when the window is closed. Closed window meant the room got quite hot and so I had to leave the AC on the whole night, which I usually don't like. The good thing was that the air from the AC did not hit the bed or my sleeping area, but was well directioned so I could sleep comfotably. They also have a storage, so I could leave my luggage before chek-in, in the morning which was a huge relief for me since I was on the move quite a lot during the day and my bag got heavy.

Some small issues, but none of them was a problem for us. No heating in the room: not a problem as I went in the summer The lighting was slightly dim, makes reading slightly hard: not a problem as I have an eReader :D The bathroom is small: didn't bother me as I only spent 10 mins a day in it.

Excellent location by the river, friendly staff, comfortable beds, great views of the town and the castle, our room 301 had a lovely balcony

spaces in indoor hotel car park very tricky to get into and exiting the car park difficult unless someone is at the exit watching out for traffic so park at the back of the hotel, breakfast was good but some more variety would be better

Breakfast was pretty basic, could have had a few more options. Shame that there are people who abuse the facility.

Everything was as expected. The property was in good condition. The rooms were clean and spacious with great views from the balcony. The packing was a bit odd.

Simple breakfast but it was nice. The room is good and easy to park for cabs.

This hotel is safe for girls. The reception is open 24 hours a day, and the Receptionists are ladies, so it is safe for girls to stay alone.
