We truly enjoyed the spacious layout across three levels, offering a sense of calm and comfort in the heart of Los Gigantes. The bedroom had two windows — one overlooking the sea, where the light danced each morning, and the other facing a peaceful, flower-filled inner courtyard. It was a quiet, inspiring space that included a writing desk — perfect for reflection. The sheets were fresh and crisp, and the entire home was impeccably clean. The bathroom was bright and spacious, with a touch of luxury — I brought eucalyptus to create a soothing, spa-like atmosphere. The kitchen was fantastic: fully equipped and used daily, with a generous fridge and everything we needed to cook wonderful meals. The living room opened onto a lovely terrace where we shared meals, music, and laughter — even turning it into a little dance floor. The fresh air, the peace, and the beauty of the surroundings made the entire experience unforgettable. P.S. The staff very helpful and friendly too!

We were directed to an upgrade 3 bedroom villa. Very well equipped - it had everything you need for comfortable stay and self catering. Mixed feelings abot cleanliness - everything was clean except the floor. We cleaned it ourselves and the water from the mop was very dirty..
The villa was right at the bar and pool - 0 chance for privacy in our own big terrace. If only there was some sort of privacy wall or smth. However for families that might not be an issue at all. Also there was live singing (karaoke style) at the bar every night. Some might enyoy it but some might want to stay in silence.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and how well looked after the place is. The view from our balcony was stunning. There were two bathrooms ( one en-suite) which we were unsure of from the description. The only down side for us is the amount of stairs and the fact the whole area is very hilly because one of our party is elderly and has a bad hip. We used taxis a fair amount and found them to be very reasonable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing too much bother.

2-bedroom villas are overlooking the ocean and have great views on the cliffs of Los Gigantes! The heated Pool is great - Lifeguards on duty every day and perfectly cleaned. You have a restaurant inside the complex for quick meals (even though it’s „very british“, don’t expect high cuisine). Villa had everything we needed as a family: washing machine, kitchen etc. High chair, baby bath and baby gates to secure the stairs inside the villa were provided.
Our Villa was quite worn out by lots of years of use (but I do think that some villas are already renovated). Cleaning could have been more thorough. On some nights there is live music at the restaurant by the pool which you can hear in the villa. Luckily our baby didn’t wake from it but some people could have trouble sleeping with the noise.

The view is spectecular, the hotel looks very nice with the cute gardens, the houses next to each other. The pool is quiet big, and the bar/restaurant is also nice next to it, with good beers. The staff is flexible and super nice. Playa de Santiago is a nice, calm beach close by (I added a picture of it). There is a nice little Pizza place (https://maps.app.goo.gl/yhmnxBYzU7y3bpVL6) where you can play chess with the owner, and a delicious restaurant (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Pq2kzPSvJPWWMSsQ6) with live music every day. If you want to travel around, you need to go on steep serpentines, so make sure you have an experienced driver. But it's worth it, because the view is beautiful.
The house wasn't clean. We arrived around 11 and the check-in is from 4. We could check-in around 2, so maybe they were in a hurry, but still, with a 15 minutes cleaning I would have made the house much cleaner, so I felt like they just tidied up, and completely skipped the cleaning. The toilet had the standard tape saying "disinfected" which is impossible because it was moldy (which I was able to wipe off with one movement), the floor was dirty, I didn't even feel like walking barefoot in the house. Which is such a shame, because everything else was perfect!

Las Rosas was lovely, we had a 3 day stay here, the resort had a lovely pool, there was a bar and resturant this has a great range of food and drinks the area around the pool had plenty of beds, there was a small shop selling a range of items some are a little pricey, the reception staff were lovely, polite and friendly all of our paperwork had been sorted before we arrived and we had our keys, towels and remote for the aircon ready and waiting. The main point which stood out most is the resort seems more for the older generation there was no children around when we were there and that was great.

spacious and comfortable apartment, tasty breakfast with wide selection
we struggled to find the resort upon our arrival as we have not thought it may be above the restaurant which is a bit strange, location is central, not very close to nice beaches, the nearest one is for surfing - you have to walk a bit for nice beach and swimming

apartment was great on two levels with 2 bathrooms, good front and rear balcony with stunning view of los gigantes. Reception so friendly and helpful, really cool little secret library. As soon as u arrive there's a relaxed vibe, many of the people on site are owners or timeshare, extremely welcoming and knowledgeable passing on tips about the area.
Cardiac Hill- climbing up it on the way back from the bars every night- but no one to blame for that:)

The property was amazing, we had an apartment with a sea view and we could have not been happier with that. The flat was spacious and comfortable, the staff was kind and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool and the bar, where they hosted different events, which were exceptional.
Although it was an apartment with a kitchen, it lacked some basic stuff like oil, seasoning. For one/two weeks it's not worth buying these for the apartment, because you would probably not use it. It would have been great if these basic things had been there for people who want to cook.

Very nice experience ... apartment is spacious, clean(ed), fully equipped (missing dishwasher!), it had great view from balcony; very friendly staff at reception, nice pool, finding parking places in vicinity was a bit sketchy but we always got one :)
Don't know why but presence of that "so called" english restaurant/pub in resorts premises feels a bit unpleasant, it just "kills" domestic (spanish) vibe. And the music from the pub night shows can be quite loud (music genre is ok, but I would gone nuts having room next to it ... luckily we didn't)
