Clean rooms with a great view of the lake. Staff are what make this hotel, especially the breakfast team. This was our second time staying here, nice to be recognised from the previous year.

We had a problem with our room and management was quick to find a solution. The position of this hotel is wonderful, while it is busy in the area at night there are no cars and you cannot hear any disturbance from inside the room. The hotel breakfast buffet offers everything you can Imagine: scrumptious cakes, croissants, fresh cut fruit plus eggs and bacon; the hotel restaurant is excellent and offers fresh lake fish grilled to perfection. Great location in the main square of Riva. I had been in communication with the hotel multiple times in advance of check in as I was worried about driving in and parking but they were always very quick to respond and helpful. We arrived a little early and were lucky that our room was available. Of all our accommodations around the lake this view could not be beaten! Room was very comfortable, modern and had a mini fridge. It was serviced everyday and when we had a small issue with a hairdryer on our last day all the housekeeping staff were very quick to help us! We had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing! Everything was great. Other reviews have mentioned driving to the hotel/parking however, if you have questions just message and ask the hotel prior to driving in. The staff are quick to respond. Enter through gate 3, drop bags and get a card for the parking, the hotel has a floor of a nearby overground facility which is about 4 mins away on foot. It was very easy!

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel during my stay last weekend. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the lake and the charming town center. Breakfast was delicious each morning, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. The peaceful atmosphere and top-notch service made it a truly relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riva del Garda and will definitely return on my next trip!

As the name says, hotel is very central. Just in front of the main square in Riva. We got the room 405 which was on the highest floor with an amazing view over the square and lake. Room is spacious, and could accommodate 4 people (queen bed, 2 sofa beds).

There is only one elevator, so if it’s a busy season, you might have to wait a lot for your turn if you are up on high floor. One important thing: the hotel is situated in a pedestrian area. So the parking is outside that area, you are given a ticket for one entrance and one exit only. They would allow you to enter in front of the hotel to drop luggage and then go park there. These details werent very clear when I made the booking so I think it’s important if you have a car.

Excellent location. Right on the square. The room was spacious even for 4 people. Had a lovely balcony overlooking square & water. Facilities are good. A fridge in the room was a bonus. Breakfast was included & delicious with plenty. Had dinner there one night. Food was delicious. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Oleg was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay, we'll definitely be back.

Initial access/parking to the hotel was a bit confusing, but once we understood, it was no problem. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff in the hotel and restaurant were welcoming and friendly. The bike storage room was good. The location right on the waterfront is really special and having breakfast outside on their terrace is magnificent. The room was modern and a good size. The restaurant is popular and very busy all day. The food is good and well priced and there's a 10% discount for guests. A nice atmosphere and it's managed very well.

There's no space to put things in the bathroom. A shelf or two would be a great improvement and cheap!

Amazing location the best you can find at garda but it’s a typical 3 star hotel in europe. Good size compared to others, lake view was excellent, staff were nice. I would recommend staying because of the nice location.

Ac was a bit hot when we arrived but they said it was normal for their acs to be like that. They tried to be helpful and came to check our room but they didn’t do anything about it. The room smelled like cooking oil but we also couldn’t change our room because of the fully occupied hotel.

The Location was perfect. We were able to watch activities in the plaza from our bedroom window. The breakfast was tasty and had plenty of variety from eggs and bacon to fruit, pastries, and coffee. The water pressure was phenomenal. We had a rainy day. One of the waiters encouraged me to take his raincoat or walking around to the nearby shops. All of the employees were fantastic. Parking was available in a gated garage nearby, but we were allowed to pull up to the front of the hotel to load and unload our bags.

The smoke from the adjoining restaurant was in the stairwell. It was not a problem in our room.

The genuine friendliness of the warm hearted people working there. Frederick, Alida and Adam was so very kind to us. Our room had the most beautiful view of the lake and the prominade. A musician was singing and it was just magical watching all the boats coming and going and the people just watching the swans and ducks. You can drive your car (slowly) into the promidae to drop your bags and then take your car to the parking not far away. They have a lift (working) for heavy big suitcases. The location cant be better your are right in the centre of everyting. Walking distance. Take the boat and visit other towns, its pretty good. We should have stayed for 3/4nights because i fell in love with this beautiful town. So romantic and full of character The breakfast was superbly fresh and we had dinner which was very very good. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends visiting Riva. Thank you so much
