Everything was amazing! The staff we met there - everyone was caring and attentive! 1. Pool area - excellent! There were always sunbeds available, and in general, the area was clean and quiet. Pool guards were great! 2. Parking - 10 points! Right next to the hotel, free and with plenty of vacant parking spaces. 3. Cleaning - 10 points! The lady that was cleaning our room was amazing! Attentive to the details and extremely responsible! We were skipping the breakfasts because the kitchen in our room was enough. Got all the necessary equipment for those who like to cook morning omelet themselves. We were staying at the C block, and our terrace was facing the ocean, and it was sunny all day. I'm thankful to everyone who works at that hotel - guys you are excellent!

There is really nothing that could disappoint us. The place is spotlessly perfect!

Spotlessly clean complex with very helpful staff and very large appartments with lots of extra facilities as in tennis courts , splash area for children , showers and luggage room for check out for late flights, gym etc . Lovely pool but needs a lot of sun to heat it up ! Central enough if you don't mind a 15 minute walk to Cristionos beach and main restaurants but there are quite a few restaurants closer if suits . Cleaning service for appartments excellent with loads of clean towels.

Shower was a bit unregulated, hard to find correct temperature. WiFi was in and out at times, which was strange , bad signal ? Found it difficult to boil saucepan on new hot plate ..instructions were unclear . Didn't eat buffet breakfast as it was €23 a head a bit steep ...but if you like Cava and other drink offerings and a big brunch , maybe worth it ? No deal breakers here just worth a mention.

The location is good. I have stayed there before so I knew my way around. I was self catering so did not buy any meals on the premises. Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful.

Everything was good. My only minor irritation was the room service coming in and emptying the bin every day. They put a new plastic bag in the bin and took the old one away even though I maybe only had a couple of tea bags in it. It seemed to me to be creating a lot of unnecessary plastic waste.

Scaffolding was up due to painting not a problem except they had tarpaulin covering it, very windy days tearing tarpaulin and made a constant horrendous noise, they eventually took tarpaulin down but was awful . Although breakfast was excellent and loads of choice and eggs cooked to perfection while you waited the food from hot servers was cold and we had to heat up in microwave

Very comfortable bed and pillows, spacious apartments, staff nice, wifi was working all good for free, bus station close and quiet few small supermarkets for a quick shopping Nice walking park behind the hotel Santiago 6 shopping centre in walking distance about 1 km

Blind was broken, the celling fan in the bedroom was noisy when was on, location quiet a bit to walk down the beach, need to pay extra for the safe, atmosphere in the restaurant somehow a bit miserable, toilet button was half broken too; however in total good stay for the price

Good location , very clean and well maintained. A small cosy hotel with very friendly helpful staff . Nice bar area and lots of sunbeds . Small mini market in the bar area was useful although there are shops and a supermarket in walking distance.

No aircon in rooms may be an issue in the height of summer . A buffet brunch is offered all morning but my personal preference is I would have liked the option to just get a lighter snack in the morning.

Very clean and the entertainment staff were fantastic!

The only mishap was a part of the flooring in the room came loose and my neice had cut her foot, however the staff were extremely helpful and the part of flooring in question was fixed within the hour.

Good place to stay. Lovely pool and lounge chairs. But there was little ventilation in the room, therefore at night it wasn’t easy to cool the apartment. Also, quite dusty when we arrived, despite a cleaning person doing a daily round. Almost daily got clean towels and sheets. Kitchen good enough, but some utensils (like wooden spoon for cooking) missing. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Walking distance (15 min)to the town and beach. Always easy to park our rental car out front (for free).

Good value for money. Very spacious room/linving room. Very good breakfast buffet. Easy check-in/out. Supermarkets and shops in the area. 20 mins walking to the beach.

Cleaning was not of high standard - floors were not always cleaned. The towels were changed only on certain days, the rest of the time they were just folded back to the hangers and I found it confusing to figure out if I was using my old towel or that of my travel buddy. House keeping entered on two occasions around 9 a.m., which I found to be very early. The twin beds were a bit narrow.
