-Next to a great selection of fine-dine restaurant, and attached to a modern luxurious mall. -Very kind & friendly front desk staff and concierge. -Amazing cleaning quality by the house keeping. -professional valet parking service all day long. -The lobby’s sitting area is very large with natural light and an outdoor terrace, the Café area has wide selection of freshly baked pastries, desserts and amazing coffee blends. they also serve an amazing “afternoon tea” stand menu.

An evacuation alarm malfunction “False alarm” during my stay, it was very discomforting, especially when your family members are in different rooms. I hope that no one experience such a situation.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi on Al Maryah Island and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. My room was stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking both the Gulf and the Abu Dhabi skyline. Everything, from the design to the smallest details, reflected pure comfort and luxury, and it was the kind of space you never want to leave. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Café Milano. The atmosphere was vibrant yet refined, and the food was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish was full of flavor and authenticity, and for a moment I felt as if I had been transported to Italy. It was a truly memorable evening. I also took time to relax at the spa and pool area, which felt like a calm oasis above the city. Whether it was a treatment, a swim, or simply sitting by the water, everything contributed to a deep sense of relaxation. What impressed me most, however, was the service. Everything was absolutely impeccable.

From the moment I stepped into Four Seasons Hotel, I was impressed by the elegant ambiance and impeccable service. The hotel's prime location, connected to Galleria Mall, made it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring the area. The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience, offering a wide array of delicious dishes in a beautifully appointed setting. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request.

While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a malfunctioning room phone and a temporary issue with the shower, I must commend the hotel's prompt response in resolving these matters. I was immediately provided with a new room.

The staff were attentive without being intrusive. Special mention to Mohammed who checked us in at 3am on the day we arrived. Lovely guy and a Man U fan to boot. I saw him a few times during our stay and we always had a chat about our team’s miserable performance this season. As for the property itself,it was immaculate. Room was great, Cafe Milano served great Italian food, Eclipse bar by the pool was good for late night drinks and the pool itself was a good place to enjoy a lazy Sunday after a boozy wedding we’d attended.

That we had to leave

We liked the ammenities, since we get bored quite easy. It was trendy and wonderful to have the mall attach to the hotel. There was always something to do! We also enjoyed the room, it was spacious and the stall let us update for a smaller fraction of the price so that was a nice suprise.

hmmm Maybe there could have been some actual plants in the room! My partner were just talking about our stay and everything was really good and clean up put some greenary in the room and it would have made it 10X prettier?

Everything was 10/10. The staff was SOOO helpful and sweet. They made sure that everything was perfect all the time. I travelled alot but have never experienced a hotel that good before! They made sure I could check-in early. Lana/Lara and the other staff was so welcoming. Everytime I leaved my room they cleaned it and made sure all the supplies was there. Moreover, the location of the hotel was more than perfect!!! Just a elevator down then I was in the mall with 1000 of shops! I will for sure stay with four seasons again and also recommend it to my family and friends! Thanks to the hotel for everything!

I seriously do not have anything bad to say. I liked everything

Swimming pool with great view, comfy sun beds, free Sun Bum sunscreen and fresh water. Great gym, very nice kids club open from 10am until 7pm. Super comfortable beds (as usual!), big bathroom, lots of towels. Good in-dining service. Very convenient position (access to Galleria Mall by escalator). Local taxis are readily available and cheap. Reception staff is very kind and does everything to make you feel at home. Can’t wait to come back!

Carpets and curtains in the rooms and in the corridors are a bit old and not easy to clean. Some furniture in the room needs some fixing. No European adaptors to charge iPhones, iPads, etc. (they give me a cable but it was very slow. You can easily find one in the Apple Store at the Galleria). I loved it - these are only minor complaints!
