-Next to a great selection of fine-dine restaurant, and attached to a modern luxurious mall. -Very kind & friendly front desk staff and concierge. -Amazing cleaning quality by the house keeping. -professional valet parking service all day long. -The lobby’s sitting area is very large with natural light and an outdoor terrace, the Café area has wide selection of freshly baked pastries, desserts and amazing coffee blends. they also serve an amazing “afternoon tea” stand menu.

An evacuation alarm malfunction “False alarm” during my stay, it was very discomforting, especially when your family members are in different rooms. I hope that no one experience such a situation.

From the moment I stepped into Four Seasons Hotel, I was impressed by the elegant ambiance and impeccable service. The hotel's prime location, connected to Galleria Mall, made it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring the area. The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience, offering a wide array of delicious dishes in a beautifully appointed setting. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request.

While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a malfunctioning room phone and a temporary issue with the shower, I must commend the hotel's prompt response in resolving these matters. I was immediately provided with a new room.

Our stay at the Four Seasons in Abu Dhabi was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was unparalleled. The staff's attention to detail was remarkable; they even adjusted the lighting in our room to suit our preferences, showcasing an unequaled standard of personalized service. Every aspect of our stay was perfect - from the exquisite dining options to the luxurious accommodations. The amenities were top-notch, providing both relaxation and entertainment. The hotel's ambiance combined elegance with comfort, making it feel like a home away from home. Truly, the Four Seasons Abu Dhabi sets the bar for what luxury hospitality should be. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an exceptional experience.

The staff were attentive without being intrusive. Special mention to Mohammed who checked us in at 3am on the day we arrived. Lovely guy and a Man U fan to boot. I saw him a few times during our stay and we always had a chat about our team’s miserable performance this season. As for the property itself,it was immaculate. Room was great, Cafe Milano served great Italian food, Eclipse bar by the pool was good for late night drinks and the pool itself was a good place to enjoy a lazy Sunday after a boozy wedding we’d attended.

Everything was 10/10. The staff was SOOO helpful and sweet. They made sure that everything was perfect all the time. I travelled alot but have never experienced a hotel that good before! They made sure I could check-in early. Lana/Lara and the other staff was so welcoming. Everytime I leaved my room they cleaned it and made sure all the supplies was there. Moreover, the location of the hotel was more than perfect!!! Just a elevator down then I was in the mall with 1000 of shops! I will for sure stay with four seasons again and also recommend it to my family and friends! Thanks to the hotel for everything!

I seriously do not have anything bad to say. I liked everything

Swimming pool with great view, comfy sun beds, free Sun Bum sunscreen and fresh water. Great gym, very nice kids club open from 10am until 7pm. Super comfortable beds (as usual!), big bathroom, lots of towels. Good in-dining service. Very convenient position (access to Galleria Mall by escalator). Local taxis are readily available and cheap. Reception staff is very kind and does everything to make you feel at home. Can’t wait to come back!

Carpets and curtains in the rooms and in the corridors are a bit old and not easy to clean. Some furniture in the room needs some fixing. No European adaptors to charge iPhones, iPads, etc. (they give me a cable but it was very slow. You can easily find one in the Apple Store at the Galleria). I loved it - these are only minor complaints!

As one of the biggest hotel chains in the world, I wasn't expecting nothing but top tier service and exquisiteness from the Four Seasons Abu Dhabi and that is exactly what they offer. From the welcoming at reception to massive spacious rooms with impeccable amenities , to having a mall literally a lift away from your hotel room, I was extremely happy I chose the Four Seasons out of all the options. Worth it every cent and I will definitely stay it again.

Once I arrived to check in, I was placed in a different room from what I had previously booked, but reception was amazing on how to handle the situation and quickly changed me into a new room, which I was very pleased and impressed.

The bed was super comfy and perfect pillows to get a good nights rest, my room was clean and well maintained. It was great to access the mall via the hotel, although it was quicker to walk along the water to Galleria Mall. Great selection of accessible restaurants; Coya, Nusret and LPM also nearby.

The outlook from my room was disappointing e.g. side of the hotel, I would have preferred an unobstructed view. The pool was exceptionally small and the outlook seemed blocked again. I do love a freestanding bathtub but it was super uncomfortable. The best bathtub is at Park Hyatt on Saadiyat Island. I was surprised to find that the room furniture was so dark and heavy particularly as its a new hotel. I believe only the European Four Seasons have a more modern feel.
