It was located at our venue so it was convenient.

There was a hockey team visiting and children were playing hockey in the halls loudly. Took several calls to the front desk for someone to investigate. My credit card was charged when I specified that I would pay when I arrived with debit then had charges on my card for cancelation of the transaction.

The buffet was surprisingly really good. We were not expecting such a nice breakfast. We came down around 10 and everything was fresh and delicious. There was a good offering of different breakfast fare. I was really impressed. The server as well as the chef were both absolutely lovely and the dining area was so nice and relaxing. The only request would be to make the bacon crispy. It was cooked but it was soggy, but that is just a personal preference. I would still come back a million times over.

Everything was great! Would have loved to see a microwave in the room, but that's about it. With a little person it would have been nice to warm up something in the room, but still great:)

I have stayed at lots of hotels around the city and I really liked the atmosphere here. The warm chocolate chip cookies at check in to the pool open 24 hours and the restaurant was both delicious and had amazing service!! My bed was also super cozy. Felt safe as a woman and child traveling together and that is super important to me.

The food was amazing for both supper and the breakfast. The hotel is beautiful and clean and very nice and quiet. Easy to get to as well. The staff at check in was so pleasant. Even got warm cookies that were out of this world!

There were swimming lessons being taught at the pool until 730. That was a bummer, so we enjoyed the pool at 730!

It was quiet and was able to adjust the temperature. Beds were comfortable.

Better signage. The front desk directions were not clear and there was no signage showing the elevator to our section. Also the sign in the room indicated we were entitled to 2 bottles of water but later end up with $2.50. It is rather cheap to charge for a bottle of water. It would been nice to have coffee in the lobby complimentary.

The location was very convenient and lots of parking. The hotel is very professional and super clean. It was quiet and relaxing. We also found a couple of new restaurants across the street. Very good.

Please let your guests know to use their room cards to operate the elevators. There is a sign, but being told at check in is very helpful too.

Only complaint is no make up cloth to wash your face, just a disposable towelette, and I hate getting the pretty white cloths dirty. Body wash was empty and not refilled even after we requested it. But super minor things that did not affect how much we enjoyed our stay.

I LOVED the breakfast. It had amazing selection and was delicious.

They had issues with their systems and key cards. Was very annoying only having one keycard especially since you needed a card to even use the elevator. Made it difficult for the family to move about throughout the hotel at different times. We all had to be together.

The staff went over and above. We had an issue with our bed and the nice young Manager Walter went over and above to make sure our stay was good and he also made sure our upcoming stay was even better. All the staff was very nice and helpful.

I had an issue with my bed. I want to make clear the bed was comfort and warm and I did have a good sleep.

I was very impressed with the young man who greeted us at check in. He made us so welcome from the start by offering to upgrade our room and by offering us the complimentary breakfast. He made us feel as if we mattered to him. It made celebrating our anniversary just perfect. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thanks for making our day very special.
