The hotel is very close to the station, and about 15 mins walk from the tourist centre of Valkenburg. The room and bathroom are modern looking and very clean. Also very well equipped: box of tissues, body lotion, shower cap, etc, not just the basics in the bathroom. Good quality towels. There was a small coffee machine, kettle and fridge. You can open the windows. Had a comfortable stay and would stay again.

The room configuration was somewhat unfortunate as the end of the bed came up against the small table/shelf, so you couldn't sit there in the chair, but had to perch on the bed. There is no coat hook in the entry way, which would be useful when it's rainy. The coffee cup provided was very small, and there was only one tea bag. I would have liked a larger cup. But good to see a ceramic cup, as well as a paper one, in use.

Friendly staff and service, very welcoming, great location with spacious parking lots, walking distance to the centrum or other restaurants, the room is basic but clean, good breakfast as well. We had a great stay there during Tour de France Femmes.

The room itself did not have airconditioning and can be quite warm in hot days, but the hotel has prepared fans upfront in the room already and that helped a lot! We appreciated the service and had a very pleasant stay.

Great place, close to train station. Hotel had lots of bikers training for race on April 15th. Limburg has hills. Great bus ride via de Bemmeler road back to Maastrict. Lots of campings by farmers, home stay, tiny hotels in a rolling green countyside Got plenty of towels and even new sheets on the 3rd night.

The bathroom is pretty small, and one has to watch out for the toilet paper container. It has real sharp edges on it.

Good location near the ststion. Welcoming staff. Spotlessly clean room. Very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Excellent bike storage.

Our room faced the afternoon sun, and on a hot day, became very hot.(No aircon.) Stand-in-the-bath showers are never a good idea, The glass screen continually swung open, drenching the floor. The bed was ridiculously high.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and have always been very happy. The staff are very pleasant and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Good bar and restaurant facilities with comfortable outdoor seating.

Car parking at €11 per night is excessive. Rooms would benefit from installing more shelves and (coat) hooks.

Not happy about a bathroom light that is controlled by movement consequently when the door is opened at 2.00 in the morning it wakes you up. Asked for mini fridge to be fixed but not actioned.

I stayed at the hotel for a wedding party on the weekend of Pentecost. Since I arrived in Valkenburg by train it was important for me to have a hotel close to the train station (5- 10 Minutes walk). Very friendly staff (Since the wedding started at 3ish, it was possible to get room earlier to get prepared and dressed), well-equipped room and very delicious breakfast. If I happen to visit Valkenburg again, I would definitely stay there again.

We got a free upgrade upon arrival. The hotel is modern and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the cleanliness of the breakfast area was spot on! The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city, clean, well-equipped, nice and super friendly staff.

Both pillows given to the bed were very hard, as a belly sleeper I couldn't use them. That had an unpleasant effect on my sleep.

The quality of the rooms is super good!

I find it really weird that as guest of the hotel I had to pay for parking at the hotel grounds. Also that the parking is not 24 hours but the checkout time, we reached at 16:00ish and we took the car out the next day at 15:00 we had to pay extra day of parking for this which is super weird.
