Nice easy location. Clean room. Easy check in and out. Excellent customer service. Great location for transport into central. Nice choice of continental breakfast and easy access to supermarket. Clean. Reception were keen to give you advise of locations, transport locations or bike hire if asked.

2 parties of 4. 1 room had a balcony and fridge the other room didn't. Wasn't explained why this option was given to one couple and not the other. Staff at breakfast were great and helpful until last day and there weren't as much breakfast choice and when asked why they didn't have any was advised there weren't any. The stairs between floors are extremely steep. Nowhere to hang anyhing up in bathroom. No coffee in room or milk. No outside balcony light to sit out in the evening.

The hotel is small, clean and conveniently located in De Pijp / Rivierenbuurt, close to tram stops, and a short walk from Amstel Station. It has a lift (which is not true for all Ams hotels) and the room was not too big but clean and convenient. I only spent one night and for that it was more than enough. Reception is open 24/7 and the check-in was quite quick. I didn't speak much to the staff as it was a short stay but they were nice and polite. The room had a lot of light and views on an interior garden area. At night it was incredibly quiet. You can hear some noise from other rooms but it ended quite early and then total silence and a good night's sleep. I booked very last minute so on top of it all I got a very good rate for Amsterdam prices. I would recommend this hotel for any tourist that wants to have a good location to explore the city and doesn't care much about the charm of the room, but wants it to just be clean and quiet.

The shower has no plate which means the water leaks a bit to the bathroom floor, but nothing too serious. There is a kettle but there's only black tea, no coffee. But these are minor things, overall all was good.

The hotel was rather expensive during the SAIL event weekend, but it was worth its price. Nice reception and smooth check-in allowed us to enjoy the rest of the time in AMS in the neighbourhood and on the events during the weekend.

A few lights were not working in the room, toilet seat unstable, the balcony was existing but not at all inviting to stay there, otherwise the room was fine - just would need some normal maintenance. Parking has its high price - as to be expected in AMS.

The room was roomy, not too small as there was room to easily walk around. The hotel is located in a quiet corner with two tram stations close by. Furthermore, De Pijp is also just a twenty minute walk away. Lots of cute cafes, restaurants and boutiques can be found in the area. The staff members were very kind and accommodating.

The bathroom, however, was tiny. If you were to sit on the toilet and someone opened the door, it would slam against your knees. And also the lighting in the room is oddly spread out.

The entrance might confuse u and question the property but as soon as u get inside a nice reception welcomes you ! And the personal was also very nice. We had the opportunity to spend a night in a triple room and I can tell u that the bed was one of the most comfy so far. Overall we had an amazing time so I definitely recommend this hotel !

In the room they had some tea that u could make but I am more of a coffee guy but that’s only a personal choice so nothing to complain about.

Close to a tram stop which will take you into central amsterdam and right next to a supermarket. Bed was very comfortable

Water temperature for shower was very hot despite trying to change it to the coldest setting which was still very warm/hot. There is no fan in the bathroom so steam builds up quickly and makes the bathroom very damp and cannot leave the bathroom door open to ventilate otherwise the fire alarm in the bedroom will alarm

We loved that this hotel was in a residential area away from the city center, because we don't like constant noise and crowds. Fortunately, public transportation was super close (the 12 or the 4 will take you to the city center). There were also good restaurants and coffeeshops (and a market) all within a few blocks. The room was spacious and had a balcony that overlooked a lovely garden.

I had read other reviews about the shower getting water all over the floor, and it's true. There's no shower door for half the shower. However, I learned to take a shower with the smaller shower head and turn off the water while soaping up.

Clean. Very close to public transportation. Relatively quite.

We have stayed at the ground floor, and the windows were locked with keys against thefts, etc. This I can understand. What I cannot understand is why they didn't want to open it at our request for half an hour / an hour for fresh air before sleeping, and close it again, while we've been IN THE ROOM...

The staff were helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was good value for money and one fewer stress when travelling with a brood of kids. The rooms were clean and well maintained. There was plenty of information available to give our teens inspiration for exploring the city.

The ensuite was a little tight, it was a bit of a squeeze getting past the sink, and the landings were too tight for an open buggy, but we were able to manage nonetheless.

Staff were very helpful. Perfect English speaking. The tram into Amsterdam centre stops round the corner and is 5 minutes into town. It's a very reasonably priced hotel near town, it's clean, air-conditioned, quiet and comfortable.

There was nothing to dislike unless you're expecting a 5 star resort - which it isn't.
