The room was very clean and comfortable if a little smaller than expected. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great especially at the end of a busy day. All the team there were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Good air con was great as it was really hot during my visit. There were good choices for my vegetarian breakfast and a choice of nice inside or covered courtyard eating areas. The location is pretty central and it’s easy to get to the main areas (La Ramblas is less than a 10 min walk and Placa Catalunya - where a lot of the hop on hop off buses operate from, was about 15 mins), with some interesting buildings along the way. A kettle in the room would have been welcome but my room was very close to the eating area and I could make a drink whenever I wanted to. It was quiet inside and felt like a little sanctuary after a day of sightseeing.

When I first arrived there in the taxi (at about 11pm) I was glad I hadn’t taken the public transport then walking there option as the immediate area seemed a bit rough and I wasn’t sure how safe that would have been, but I walked from there, and back to there, every day and felt fine and I walked and took public transport back to the airport. Not sure if I’d have felt quite the same if it had been dark though. The roof garden is currently a work in progress but it’s still nice to have an outside space option.

The hotel was very nice, well renovated, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, ours was small but we booked at the last minute. The location may make some people a little nervous or uncomfortable but we did not have any issues. The property itself is well secured and they provide a roof top terrace that was very nice for a late night drink and smoke. We did not have the breakfast as we left early however they offer free coffee/tea to the guests throughout the day.

I had heard that the people of Spain are upset that many properties are being bought up and used for tourists causing a housing shortage and affordability issue so I was trying to book at what would not be deemed as that type of property. Having said that I can not confirm if this establishment is one of those properties but given the location after we arrived that was my first thought.

Great location, decent sized clean basic no frills room which was perfect for us to just use as a base for a sightseeing weekend trip. Staff were friendly, rooftop terrace was lovely for coffee in the mornings, appreciated the pool too even though we didn’t use it. Less than a 2 min walk to metro station which was perfect for getting around. Also appreciated the free tea and coffee in the breakfast room and the smaller terrace next door to it. Would recommend!

No major problems, maybe better breakfast options and it could be a tiny bit noisy at times but I would stay here again for a weekend trip/city break. More suitable for couples/friends/solo rather than families

Both receptionists were very welcoming, kind and helpful. The room and the facilities were perfect for me. I was reassured the area was safe. I went out in the evening for a walk and bought a sim etc. Went to a cafe for a drink and patisserie. Everyone was very friendly. I slept very well there was no noise. Tea and coffee facilities were available in the restaurant even if you did not book breakfast.

The area seemed poor but lots of people around. No trouble at all. There is a lift but you have to climb the first set of stairs. I managed the stairs and I was helped with my luggage by the receptionists.

The place seems like downtown and at first I wasn't sure how safe I'd be as I was on my own, the picture of the outside of hotel that is online is not a true reflection of hotel, but inside is as it is in the photos. Day 2 I noticed it's quite a busy area and well lit up at night - it's like everything becomes alive and vibrant at night. Well positioned for public transport. I think it was a bit overpriced for where and what it is. But again, it was marathon weekend🤷🏽‍♀️

My stay at this hotel in Barcelona was exceptional from the very first day to the last. The hotel was incredibly well-organized and impeccably clean, which made a great impression right away. Each day, the staff ensured my room was cleaned to perfection, making it a pleasant space to return to after exploring the city. The location of the hotel was also excellent, providing easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff was not only friendly but also attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or questions I had. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel welcome and valued throughout my entire stay. The combination of a beautiful room, a clean environment, and an inviting atmosphere on the terrace created a truly memorable experience. The room was clean, beds comfy, air-con worked very well , fresh, nice breakfast, small swimming pool and a terrace are bonuses.

The size of the room, missing table and chair maybe and normal hotel amenities (safe, fridge)... The location is not the greatest, as the closest metro has been closed for summer maintenance (not the hotel's fault, but still inconvenient). Not enough staff serving breakfast, felt they are being a bit exploited and couldn't keep up with the amount of people , what probably affected customer experience during busy times (10 ish). Overall not a bad hotel, however a bit pricey for what it has to offer. You have to be prepared to climb the stairs 😊

The location of the hotel is really good, near to the city center. There is no need to use public transport. Breakfast as in the boutique hotel, basic products, but every day fresh. The waiter was very polite and helpful. All the time, asking if we need something else.

The hotel is in the process of renovation, so from 8 am 7 days per week, there is noise of the renovation team. You can not sleep. The walls in the room are from plasterboard, so you can hear everything. Rooms are new and cleaned every day, but also very small. There is not even space to place a suitcase and unpack it.

We really enjoyed the hotel, the staff was always very helpful and our room was always meticulously cleaned so we really appreciated that! They let us check in before 15h which was much appreciated

The area surrounding the hotel was not the best, I know it's not their fault although it is very close to the center of Barcelona and we could do a lot of things by walking. The breakfast was a little short on variety

I like location as a tourist attraction are nearby

It’s not safe to walk alone in mid night and early morning.Today I leave hotel in 5:30 Am to go airport but when I came outside of hotel gate then one thief came and try to rob me thanx to god some locial people come there and help me . I feel so bad 😔😔
