The shower experience was simply sensual to the point of overstimulation. The overhead shower head provided a rainforest-esque experience, transporting the showeree to Brazil, cleansing the body and mind. The second shower setting involved a 6 pronged ‘attack’ on certain areas of the body. Whilst very effective at providing a horizontal approach to the art of cleaning, perhaps a greater spread of smaller shower heads would contribute to a greater 360* experience. Last, but most certainly not least, the greatest element of the shower was the entertainment system. The showeree has the opportunity to experience a plethora of varied background entertainment systems including but not limited to additional rain sounds and ‘hard’ Italian beats. We found ourselves revelling in the glory of this sumptuous experience and would advise those new to the atmosphere to embrace it with full confidence. Room Nr: 213 It was very spacious with everything you need for a short stay. We stayed there for 2 nights and it fur filled its purpose. From here with a 7 min walk you can take the tram 12/14 to get to Milan Center. The train tracks next to us were not that big of a disturbance. The shower had clean towels with a hair and body wash.the kitchen had all the utensils for small cooking and tea making. We warte very happy with the hotel for the price.

It was very cold and we told the receptionist about this, until nov the heating is not on in Milan and she gave us a small heater which made all the difference. Very helpful. The showers did have some mold but that is nothing but to complain about.

To be honest, when I first chose this hotel, I had some mixed feelings as the reviews weren’t the best. However, what appealed to me was that the hotel had its own parking, and it was located close to a metro station, making it easy to reach both the city centre and other parts of the city. The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise. Our apartment was clean, spacious, and had a well-equipped kitchenette. The free parking for hotel guests is a huge plus. The metro and shops were indeed very close by. Check-in and check-out were very quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

As for the hotel itself, there was really nothing to complain about. However, I do have an opinion regarding some of the other hotel guests. It would have been really nice if the hotel guests respected each other and followed the hotel rules, particularly those concerning night-time quiet hours. I’ve seen a few reviews mentioning noise, but honestly, this is not the fault of the hotel or its staff – it’s simply a matter of some people not knowing how to behave. Unfortunately, during our stay, we experienced such a situation, but I can’t blame the hotel or its staff for it. It was those guests who, at 2 am, were singing, shouting, and laughing loudly as they returned to their room, disturbing those who were trying to sleep.

The hotel has a good location. But it's far to walk to Milan Cathedral, about 5 km. We went by transport -25 minutes. There is convenient free parking. The room has everything you need, The room is relatively clean, but the furniture and carpet in the corridor need to be updated. I was surprised that these were not apartments, but a five-star hotel with apartments. There is a hall, a 24-hour reception and vending machines with snacks..

There was a kettle in the room, but there were no tea bags. The coffee machine was only at the reception for 0.5 euros. The door to the toilet was broken.

The spacious room was a highlight. Easy to move around within the building with luggage. Basic and comfortable.

Multiple times the power went out while we were staying there. The system seemed very sensitive to being tripped and some of the outlets appeared fault. Sometimes this was just our room but sometimes the full building. It was restored very quickly.

We had a late flight, so having a 24/7 reception was important to us. Even though we arrived around 1 AM, we were warmly welcomed by a very friendly staff member who explained where we could find a supermarket open 24/7 and even offered to order food for us. The location is good, on walking distance from the centre, we felt safe walking even when we arrived late at night. Some reviews mentioned that it can be noisy because the hotel is next to the railway, we kept the windows closed thanks to the good air conditioning, and we didn’t hear any outside noise. The room was spacious, not very new but very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Good value for the money.

Room was spacious, shower was great. Location was convenient, an Aldi round the corner which was helpful for breakfasts and snacks and a short walk to the Metro and tram stops. Had no problems with the area at all, we had children with us and didn't feel unsafe.

Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, air con didn't work and the room was quite warm. Opening the window ended up in us being bitten as the room was next to trees and the train tracks were noisy during the night (which I understand isn't a fault of the hotels).

We came by car, so for us, free parking in the hotel's yard was a really good thing. Our apartment was well-equipped, with comfy beds and a spacious bathroom. Metro station Cenisio is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Staff were very kind, and the reception works 24 hours.

Due to the abundance of greenery around the hotel, mosquitoes are present outside, and having an open window can be problematic. The hotel is located near the train station Porta Garibaldi, so you will hear the trains coming.

There was a separate bathroom, bedroom and a big living room with kitchen. There is softness in the living room. The rooms were all big and spacious. The staffs at front desk were really nice and friendly. They are 24hr available. When I booked the hotel it will be just a room with double beds with bathroom but when when we get there it’s all separate rooms. It was all clean and there is also a heater in both living and bedroom. There is also a lift. After checking out we left our suitcase in their office. The Chinatown in Milano is like 10-15 min walking from the hotel. Metro station and trump is like 5 min away from the hotel. Me and my friend had a really good time and was happy with this hotel. We always come to Milano once a year for shopping and like to go to Chinatown for yummy food. This hotel is perfect for me and will comeback this hotel of if I have to come to Milan in future.
