Staff was super friendly and helpful with local directions. Super comfy thick mattress provided a great night's sleep. Very clean room without carpeted floors (which can be so unhealthy). Continental breakfast gave variety and nutritional options to start the day. Liked having grab bar in the tub area too.

A stepstool would have been helpful to get in and out of bed for such a thick mattress, and shower seat for tub use would have been good. Location was further off our travel course than we preferred and #401 exit ramp closure meant a detour route on our morning departure. Unit's patio door to our parking space was hard to open and close, but staff was prompt to come to our rescue.

The breakfast was OK. The hotel is easily accessible from highway 416. Kemptville is an interesting place to explore and it has numerous restaurants along 43 all of which are fairly close to the hotel. Sid, at the front desk, was most friendly and a pleasure to chat with first thing in the morning. Keep up the good work!

The heating was a bit noisy.

The beds and furniture were modern and up-to-date. Clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast that included more than just the basic continental including eggs (boiled and in sandwich). Also surprised to find microwave and mini-fridge in room - rare these days but nice as an option. Also lovely outdoor space AND pet friendly rooms.

The sliding exterior door was very old and difficult to open/close. Also lots of noise pollution from other rooms - one night a microwave was beeping three times every two minutes, ALL NIGHT!

The staff were very friendly and the facilities well kept and clean.

The cold breakfast fare was very basic but the staff kept it well stocked and the entire area quite clean. I found the tub/shower floor very slippery. It would benefit from the installation of safety handrails in the shower area.

The motel was clean, pleasantly decorated and rooms were spotless. It is a great spot for an overnight stay while on the road. Not fancy but an excellent location right off the highway and very reasonably priced as well. Lovely staff at the front desk. Breakfast closed at 9:30 so perhaps a bit early but that’s our fault for not getting up.

The breakfast is typical of this type of hotel. Nothing too extravagant but everything you need for a good start to the day. You can't beat the location, right off the highway and close to most amenities.

We've stayed here before and found it to be very comfortable and super clean. However, this time , although it was still clean, there was a strong smell of urine in our room. I couldn't find where it was coming from and didn't smell it anywhere else, so I think it was contained to our room.

The hotel room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was a nice added touch.

There was a block of hotel rooms in a separate building and you did not need a key to gain access to the building. It made me feel less safe travelling alone.

There isn't a lot to choose from in Kemptville if you need to stay at a hotel - but this place is a rare gem that I am so glad that I found. Not too far off the highway on the quiet side of town, its located just in front of the woods and has loads of parking. Set up more like a motel - all of the rooms are on the main floor - I stayed in room 119, which was in a great location on the corner of one of the buildings and was nice and quiet. I had a very, very late check-in as I was with my mom at a long-term care facility and just couldn't get away until much later than normal, but the receptionist was incredibly understanding, compassionate and friendly. The room was well-appointed and very clean - a nice big bed and the bathroom had a bathtub I could soak in. Check-out was also very easy and I never had the chance to try the breakfast, which was included in the price. Overall - I was very happy with this hotel and would stay there again without hesitation.

just can’t say enough about this place! We loved it! Let me tell you more… As soon as we got there, we were met with a big smile. The staff are just so friendly! We were on our motorcycle, so the staff made sure we had a room in the “second” building, under the canopy. We could access our room by the sliding glass doors, we could park right in front of the room, and if it rained, our bike would be dry! SO thoughtful!! Then… the room… Super clean! No carpet! Just clean hardwood floor! Love it! Towels were fluffy (maybe new?), and bed super comfy. Then breakfast. Nice little nook, but the best was the coffee maker! Made any kind of coffee you can think of (mocha, French vanilla, espresso regular etc) and really good! Never seen a machine like that before! Brilliant!! Then, the grounds. A huge grassy area lined with trees out back. Great for walking. Beautiful flowers all over the property. BBQs… even a laundry line if you so need! Just great attention to detail and comfort!

The only thing that was unfortunate was that there were no taxis in Kemptville. But that’s not the hotels fault

A stone throw away from 416 and on 43, convenient and easy ro reach. But road noise might disrupt the sleep for suite close to 43. The backside is secluded. Unluckily, management lady gave me the ideal one. Kemptville is not far to the west with many amenties. When pricing would be moderated a bit, it is tempting for visitor in the surrounding regions dropping by. Me too might be again when being in the neighborhood next time.

At low setting, the air-con fan noise is low and comparing to other hospitality amenities. But it might be wonderful to be at whisper level together with the compressor working.
