It is close to stores and the airport

I used my daughters credit card to secure my room on line. On arrival, the clerk wanted to see the credit card. I explained why I didnt have it and that I was paying for the room on my debit card. I paid $250.00 on arrival and $150.00 for the room. Both dollar figures were charged to the credit card as well. The $250.00 was returned to my account on check out and was returned to the credit card. I paid the $150.00 from my bank account and it was still charged to my daughters credit card. it was a very slow process to pay this way as well.

The location of the hotel was very good. Within shirt driving distance to restaurants and food. Breakfast was decent and adequate for the price. The room features were splendid, very well lit rooms with loads of lighting options. The rooms were very spacious and sound proof too! The staff were all kind and courteous, always willing to help. Went out of their way to help me freeze my ice packs for my medications. The rooms had only refrigerators and not freezers for my ice pack.

Was quite disappointed in the cleanliness of my bathroom. We found hairs in the sink and on the floor when we checked in - didn't leave us with much confidence on the hygiene or cleanliness. The shower cubicle sliding doors didn't hold, kept sliding open. Was a bit of a hassle showering and keeping an eye on the sliding doors to ensure it wasn't opening and wetting the entire floor.

Location was hard to reach by bus, but otherwise easy by Uber. Breakfast was good! Wait time was a bit long for toast and pancakes, and breakfast time should be delayed later for weekends with festivals

We said yes to room service as we were leaving the room to go to breakfast (told the cleaning person she could clean in 2 min once we left). She came back an hour later while we were busy and asked us if we still wanted the room cleaned. It was too late by then

The room was much larger than we had anticipated, with high ceilings and lots of room to move around. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Free parking onsite was nice. Location was good - only 10 minutes to downtown, and lots of dining options nearby.

The breakfast buffet had quite a good variety of foods, but it was very limited for anyone with food allergies. Our family has one person who cannot have gluten, and another who cannot have dairy. We have stayed at other hotels that have a little note posted in the breakfast area that suggest speaking to staff for access to gluten free alternatives (frozen bagels or oatmeal cups) and dairy free options (shelf-stable soy or almond milk). These examples are both easy to keep on hand for occasional use, and make a huge difference to those of us who have food allergies and are travelling.

I liked the choices in the breakfast. As a person who eats only Halal/Kosher food I did not have any problems because there was a lot of things that I could choose from. They separated and covered everything which I found very convenient. The staff also refills empty containers very fast and the was no waiting.

I was with my family (4 people) and the bath towels was not enough. But it was not a big deal as I have always had my personal towels. The location also is a bit far from city centre (25 minutes drive).

We stayed for 2 nights and the stay was great! Clean rooms, friendly staff. The rooms are big comparing to other hotels. Decent breakfast with choices of scrambled eggs, ham, baked bean, pancakes, toast, fruits, cereal. The only issue is that the available table to sit to have the breakfast are not that many, so it happened to us that we couldn't find a table to sit, but one lady from the hotel opened the meeting room for us to sit. So, they have thought of that when there are a lot of people, so it isn't really an issue. I would stay again in the hotel the next time we visit the area.

We found a small cockroach cockroach on the floor, but I suppose this doesn't mean that the hotel room wasn't clean.

We liked everything in this hotel, except for (see below) the room is clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good.

the guy at the reception who checked us in. It was around 21:00, but he looked like he just woke up, never smiled, and looked untidy and not neat. He looked annoyed and unwelcoming. the checkout person was very nice, so I guess it's not a general issue :)

Nice large room, friendly staff. A couple of restaurants available nearby.

The included breakfast is pretty limited. It’s similar to what you might get in an airport lounge. They did not reply to messages via the booking.com platform and my phone was unable to make calls so I could not utilise the complementary airport shuttle on arrival.

The hotel has been renovated, it's very nice. The breakfast had a variety of options, the rooms are comfortable, and the bathroom is stocked with Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, and creams.

I didn't like that I made the reservation well in advance, however, I was given a room on the first floor where I could hear the noise. There was a festival in Ottawa, and because of this, there were many young people. In the early morning, they had loud music playing, which didn't allow me to rest. They should make clear rules regarding the prohibition of music at certain hours to avoid inconveniencing guests. I had an unpleasant night because of this.

The room and hallways were not very clean. There were crumbs on the remote and the large dresser under the TV. There was hair on the nightstand…I’m not an overly picky person looking for dirt, it was very noticeable. The hallway has paper pieces all over it which could go unnoticed overnight. We left early am.
