This hotel provided a very comfortable, safe and kind space where my family and I spent the best 4 nights of our life! The hotel is christian centered which makes it very calming and pleasant to be in! The personnel were very kind and friendly, allowing us to get a late check out at 12:30pm, as well as cleaning the room everyday, and being very kind by giving us some free cookies left over from breakfast! They provide hot and cold water, many tea options as well as coffee for free 24/7 and have a snack menu with nice options for purchase! The breakfast has so many options, and there was always something new everyday! The location was good with many parks and playgrounds around and quickly accessible stores near by. The room was very clean and comfortable and a pleasure to stay in! Everything was wonderful and I recommend this place to anyone staying in Ottawa! Will definitely be going back!

Property is clean and well kept. Hot & cold water station near the reception desk is a nice touch! I think this place has the best value for accommodation that’s close to the airport. Most areas we explored in Ottawa were a ~20 min uber ride away in multiple directions. The free breakfast is great and something we definitely appreciated. I also arrived early and they were able to hold my luggage behind the desk so I didn’t have to worry about it. I found the rooms very spacious with fast working temp control.

Property is decent and the location is good as well. Rooms are big and very clean. Breakfast is the best attribute about the property. If you are in Ottawa, and looking for staying for a day or two - this is highly recommended.

The only thing that I would like the hotel to know is the carpet smell in the room. Not sure if the carpet is old or something else, not sure. If they can look into that it will be great.

I really loved the stay. The check-in process was smooth. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean. Gym was small and clean with required equipments. The breakfast was awesome. Lot of varieties and hot food. Breakfast menu was different each day. Big parking lot. Fresh coffee at reception throughout the day for free.

The room carpet could have been cleaned.

It was our second time and I would definitely go back. The staff is very nice and the rooms are cleaned. We had a small issue with the booking but the man at the front desk did everything to get us a good room. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Location is perfect at 5-10 minutes drive to all the big stores.

We were at the first floor, so we could hear the people above us walk.

This property is exceptional. Staff are wonderful and helpful. The whole building is spotless. Our room was large, the bed was very, very good. Decor is pleasant, and everything just feels right when you walk in. We have been traveling for almost a month, and my wife went "aah" when she saw the room. The included breakfast was good, with eggs, bacon, hash browns and lots of other really good stuff.

Only thing i can think of would be to have a list of the TV channels.

Breakfast was carefully prepared with good food and drinks. The garbage area has a bucket collecting left over drinks which made me realize how the people here treat their garbage and environment. The room and hallway and everywhere was clean and well lighted.

The stay was really great: not what is usually expected from a motel type accommodations. Exceptionally clean and welcoming. Very spacious and easy accessible. Breakfasts were really good. The staff was also beyond expectations - helping us with the location's inquiries. All areas were spotless. Our room was large and very clean having everything for a traveller. If we ever back to Ottawa - that will be our accommodation yet again.

This motel was exceptional. From the time you walk in the door, you know something is different. Everything is spotless: lobby, stairs corridors, rooms, bathrooms. Even the breakfast room had someone checking the food and ensuring that everything was in order. Breakfast was more typical - eggs, bacon, cereals, the usual selection of bread items to toast, and a couple of good types of coffee. The staff was always smiling and friendly and very helpful for a tourist. Internet was strong, at least in our room. Bed was very comfortable, and the side chairs had castors!

A grab bar in the beautiful shower would be helpful for us older folks. And I would have liked a listing of the TV stations.

I was very pleasantly surprised to see tasteful messages about Christ on the property. They totally lived up to the virtues of kindness and peace. The place was spotless, the staff was ultra-professional, the breakfast was fantastic, the location relative to the city was perfect. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if I went back to Ottawa.

I honestly can't say anything bad about this hotel.
