I had to book this hotel last minute due to a cancelled flight. The hotel provides a shuttle to the airport and back which was great as I had to be picked up at 11pm and dropped back at the airport at 3:30am. The only note here is that the shuttle can only hold about 5 passengers so be prepared to wait if you’re trying to get to the airport at a busy time. The restaurant was open late when we arrived for dine in only. I asked if a takeout box was possible as I had been travelling all day and the staff were quick to accomodate this request. The hotel has a quirky aura, it may just be its age showing however I noted that it was undergoing renovations during my staff.

Loved the excellent proximity to the airport with complimentary 24/7 every half hour shuttle to airport, the fact that the Hilton had its’ own dedicated restaurant & room cleanliness with coffee/tea & microwave in room. These were the biggest bonus points for me.

A couple of drawbacks which prevented me from giving my stay an overall “10” rating were… no USB ports in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan was really noisy that I couldn’t use it at all, resulting in no illumination in bathroom because the circuit was a combined function meaning no bathroom lights without fan running.

Room location and access to elevators excellent. Beds comfortable cleanliness of hotel and room. Good access to room and elevators from parking lot excellent. Cleanliness of carpets etc. excellent. Reservation through Bookings was very good except for comments below.

I couldn't get copy of bill at check out time. The hotel advised that Bookings.com would send it. No credit was given for CAA or Government rates because Bookings.com had made reservations. I was not given a discount for reserving weeks in advance of stay.

The rooms were spacious, the shuttle was excellent all the staff (front desk, and restaurant staff) were outstanding!!! The property was clean and the location was perfect

We were not able to get breakfast as our flight left at 6am and we had to leave your hotel at 330am. It was the only downfall especially traveling with a child, he was hungry and Tim Hortons was also not open at the airport at this time.

Exceedingly friendly and capable staff. Front desk were amazing, and dealt with a maintenance issue with our room incredibly quickly. Very impressed by the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel

Our first room had a noisily broken bathroom fan, but we were switched rooms quickly and courteously. Unfortunately, there was a low pulsing buzz coming from somewhere nearby the new room that was just loud enough to be very annoying at night.

Miss the breakfast buffet they use to have before 2020. I don’t understand why that changed? You paid a reasonable price and it was very welcoming. Now the place feels cold and not accommodating to your breakfast needs. We don’t stay there for breakfast anymore. It was one of the reasons we booked before. Thought it was over priced over other hotels, and it use to be lower. Had to book this location because it was last minute

Dinner was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast should start at 5:30 for the early travelers. I was disappointed about the time. I wish there would have been the ability to leave my car there when I traveled. I would suggest you reinstate that because I believe more people would stay there.

Exceptional service! I arrived exhausted after a day at the airport with delays and eventual cancelation. The front desk employee alleviated my stress, ensured I was well looked after, inclusive of a toothbrush and toothpaste. She outlined all the services provided and gave me the times for my morning shuttle back to the airport. My room was delightful, spacious and clean. The bed was a dreamworld. Great hotel, great service, close to the airport (6 min shuttle ride). Highly recommend!!

Clean, friendly staff, nice amenities, perfect for work conference.

Only complaint would be that I booked 3 nights and had to move rooms between first and second night. Was inconvenient but not the end of the world. I would just have preferred to stay in the king I booked for the entire duration of my work trip. Otherwise was a wonderful stay. Newly renovated rooms are beautiful.

Our arrival was very late (2AM) and I was concerned about the availability of the shuttle service but the necessary services were available. The room on the main floor was huge with high ceilings. It was provided with accessibility features which we do not need yet. The ventilation system was rather loud and we turned it off to fall asleep. The king size bed was very confortable. Complimentary breakfast was provided. We chose the buffet menu.
